The uchiha:

level one:
allows user to copy genjutsu
and allows user to see movements to barely dodge them

level 2:
allows user to copy genjutsu and ti jutsu
and see movements to dodge them

level 3:
allows user to copy genjutsu ninjutsu and ti jutsu
also increasing there speed
and allowing them to use

level four sad mangekio)

allows the users to use all the powers of the ones before and able to use atimarasu a blue flame that ingulfs their opponent but slowly loses their sight

seeing chakra points and being able to hit 64 of them

level 2 (def):
seeing chakra points and being able to more then one major chakra points at once

level 3(off):
see chakra points and hit 128 of them

level 3(def):
