Just a quick clarification on puppet users.
For the purpose of avoiding god-modding, puppets themselves need to be considered "jutsu" (in that you need to "train" them) and are ranked based on their strength. (For example, Karasu might be a "C-Ranked puppet".)
Instead of "training" them you need to take time to build/design them.
Also, just to clear something else up about puppets. Yes, you DO need to list what is where. (So you DO have to list that there is a needle gun in the mouth.) Another little thing just to avoid god-modding.
