Basic Appearance: Long black hair with some gray starting to become evident. His hair is tied up in a long ponytail, and although you can say he does not spend much time on his hair, his face is clean-shaven if nothing else. His shihakusho is cut short at the shoulders. He wears two black leather bracers on his forearms, reminiscent of how he looked the day he left his family to join the Shinigami Academy, hoping his son would one day recognize him by these bracers. His katana is hung behind him rather than to the side.
Personality: Although he doesn't show it, he is quite solemn and depressed on the inside. He distracts himself from his regrets by treating the members of his squad like a replacement family. He tries to be a father figure and friend to those he enjoys the company of, and although he jokes around, he is not hesitant to draw his sword when the situation arises.
Zanpakuto:
Zanpakuto’s Name: Shirokan (White Emperor)
Zanpakuto’s Appearance: A katana with a white sheath and handle.
Release Phrase: Pick Up Your Sword Once Again, Shirokan!
Shikai Appearance: You know FF7 Advent Children Cloud's Buster Sword? Yea...that...except that three blood grooves run down both sides of the large blade.
Shikai Abilities: A powerful and large blade that can still be wielded around as if its weight was nothing. The grooves along the blade allow for the manipulation of wind as it is swung about to create attacks. When reiatsu is focused along the grooves, it can be fused with the winds to give Eiyuu a few seconds of complete control of the wind's usage.
Attack 1: Kanshou (Intervention)
Focusing reiatsu into the grooves, and twirling the blade above him, Eiyuu can create a barrier of wind all around him, pushing off-course most physical attacks and some elements. This can also be utilized in short bursts such as during emergency defensive swings to protect himself.
Attack 2: Kyougi (Negotiation)
Using a similar method to how he can protect himself with the wind from Kanshou, Kyougi uses wind to a different effect. Instead of creating a barrier, the winds are used in strong gusts, providing approximately one second pushes that Eiyuu can use for various purposes. He can use the gusts on himself to push himself away or to instantly close the short gap between him and his opponent. Also, if his opponent is within range, he can use this technique on his opponent to the same effect, pushing them away or bringing them closer, all the while throwing them off balance.
Attack 3: Keiriku (Execution)
With a concentrated and powerful slash, Eiyuu can send out a powerful blade of wind and energy that acts similarly to a Getsuga Tenshou. However, unlike Getsuga Tenshou, the range does not permit the attack to sustain its power over a certain distance. An upside over the Getsuga Tenshou however is that because the attack is not pure reiatsu, the energy drain on Eiyuu is not as substantial, and with the smaller reiatsu amount comes a shorter charge time, meaning Eiyuu can release several Keiriku's consecutively without having a long reload time.
Bankai Name: Tenrai Shirokan (Divine White Emperor)
Bankai Appearance: The giant sword is gone, but Eiyuu is now donning a full, dazzling, silver-colored suit of samurai armor, minus the helmet and mask. He does not seem to have a weapon immediately upon activation.
Bankai Abilities: In bankai form, the effects of Kanshou and Kyougi can now be performed without the sword. Kanshou can now be used on allies as well. Also, the strength and speed each can be performed at is enhanced greatly. Thus, even though it is not technically a speed enhancement, continuous, repeated uses of Kyougi can make it seem like so. It does not however reach Bankai Ichigo speeds. Also, Keiriku's range and power is more than doubled.
Attack 1: Tenrai Heikiko (Divine Armory)
Used almost immediately after bankai activation, you could say it was part of the bankai activation itself. The clouds part and the sky opens up as massive amounts of swords of all types rain down upon the entire battlefied. With the size and weight of some of the swords combined with the acceleration from falling from such a height, deflecting some would be more strenuous than dodging them. Those too slow to dodge get skewered. Now, in effect, Eiyuu has an endless supply of fine swords at his disposal, each one fully able to perform his attacks. Every emperor needs a good armory.
Attack 2: Tenrai Keiriku (Divine Execution/Punishment)
A much larger, much more powerful version of Keiriku. However, instead of remaining one giant slash upon hitting its target, it splits itself and spreads, creating mass amounts of smaller slashes, something like a shotgun/grenade effect, slashing away at all within its blast radius. This technique can be used to totally obliterate one enemy, or to take out a large amount of enemies at once.
Attack 3: Tenrai Adauchi (Divine Retaliation)
All the swords upon the field lift off the ground and surround Eiyuu's opponents in a large sphere, semi-sphere if they are on the ground, leaving very little gaps in between and all of them rotating about, leaving escape impossible. Eiyuu will be present in this sphere as well. Now prepare for the mother of all Omnislashes. Cloud's final attack against Sephiroth in FF7: Advent Children? Now imagine that, with hundreds of swords, all done within the span of less than a minute. Also, chances are that Eiyuu would have to dispel bankai at this point, using up a massive amount of energy in order to achieve such speeds.
Other Abilities:
Eiyuu is able to shunpo quite effectively, at least at Captain level. His kido is lacking on the hado side, able to reach up to only 63 in Hado. He excels in bakudo however, reaching up to 81. A master swordsman, he prefers fighting with his sword more than with his fists, although he can throw a good kick or punch every once in a while.

With no source, the tornado tunnel soon died down and Shunketsu emerged from it, slightly singed, but not severely injured.
hmph...again with the great speeds. If he can keep that up, I'll have some trouble with this guy. He may not have Hamon's reactions, but this guy can get short-duration muscle strength boosts, with ropes of lightning he can use to pull himself out of the way. Hmm. I doubt he can do that forever though. He's not moving about naturally...I wonder.

The loose tonfa that was still just suspended in midair, began to spin and circle in a very large circle. The wind speeds picked up drastically, and before long, it formed a wide tornado. Reaching up beyond the clouds, the wide tornado picked up the debris and floated it skyward, but it remained spiraling around within the form of the tornado itself. The eye of the tornado remained calm. The air pressure seemed to increase over time by quite a large amount, but wind resistance could not be felt by either Shunketsu or Regulas. What this debris tornado did was create an arena for the two. Attempts to leave the tornado would mean a telephone pole or concrete block or metal I-Beam in your face, not to mention the tremendous wind resistance. Shunketsu was beginning to breathe somewhat heavily after performing the feat. He noted to himself to learn more types of kido when they got back.
"Now that we're alone, let's dance, you and I."

"Bakudo number 30: Shitotsu Sansen(Beach Stab Triple Beam) "
The triangular capture mechanism shot at Regulas. Of course, it was meant to grab Regulas and drag him into the tornado wall where he'd suffer damage from the debris. It wouldn't really hold him up against it, just bring him close enough for things to smack him silly.
