I'm just curious what the general idea. This is just asking the guild, nothing meant by it. Of my own questioning.
I've seen several different interpretations. When you think about Crew, what kind of jobs do they have?
Is it to only moderate and that's it? Is it to come up with ideas to improve the guild, taking the initiative on events and member recruitment? Is crew supposed to be a bunch of people with individual ideas to improve the guild or is crew supposed to share one "crew opinion" and act only upon that?
What did you elect crew to do?
And what is the job of the captain?
Are they a figurehead of the guild? Supreme moderator or final decision? Does their opinion or decision make or break a plan? Can they just change rules, no vote required? Where do they have the final decision? Is crew limited by the captain or are they allowed to act on their own as long as a majority are involved?
None of this is meant to make a decision or any action, just my own curiosity, as a regular user.
Also, I'm trying to fix Crew's credibility, so gimmie a hand in figuring out where we're going wrong.
this was all typed on my iPod. ohgod.

I see Kroo as members of the guild with extra responsibility. I see them as not only moderating, but running certain events. (Like Kroo/Captain Elections and GM applications) I also see them aiding the GM in running the game a bit. (Mostly with just changing the Guild's header).
I believe Kroo members should be levelheaded and not let their emotions get in the way of what's best for the guild. They are sort of like our leaders or senators. Because we elected them, we trust them to do what's best for us in this guild. To calm confusion and to work together.
