The buidling is has been abandoned for 30 years, but recently was purchased and is being restored into the Traverse city commons.
It is now a residential and commercial structure. it has a lot of really cool shops, a restaraunt, two coffee houses, three bakeries and a winery.
As you can see one side is completed while the other is still quite abandoned. their working on it now.
