This my first RP, I tried it on a other Forum, but the mods were all like "*Nag* dont make an RP until you have exp at one *nagnag*" or "*nag* OMG stop spamming topics on this forum, you are a noob *nagnag*"
then i was like "HOW the hell am i Suposed to show I can RP i the only RP is invitation only !!!!!!111111!!!2222((srry couldent stand not doing xd ))"
'Ahum' Anyways lets just put that to one side.
Plots arent my strongest point so just tell me AKA consructive critisms ((not shout at me for beeing a complete retard)) how I can improve the plotline more.

As you enter the Pokémon Center ((dont ask me what one I am pretty sure you guys are clever enough to figure that out your self)) you spot how a group of people are gathering around a notice board, as you make your way trough the people, you notice the paper they are all so enthusiastic about.

Greatings Worthy trainers of all around the world, I am holding a Tournament on my Private Island, everyone is welcome to join, as long as you can find your own way to it.

Kind regards and until the day of the great Tournament, Siegfried

At the bottom of the paper there are some Cöordinates placed, and as you look these up on your map you see its in the center of the sea, so this could get tricky

Okay thats the start and on side note, a team of 6 fully evolved pokémon plz

Name:
Almus Rayne
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Bio: A social outcast from Twinleaf town. When he was young he befriended a shinny Gastly who was a social outcast from other Gastly. Now, together with his Scyther, the three of them fight for the rights of the misunderstood and unloved.
Personality: Almus has nearly a split personality between a well modest natured, aristocratic gentleman and something else that is much crueler, placed in him in his early childhood by abuse and neglect. He is a kind hearted romantic but he is also the type to press an advantage and has a temper that doesn't know when to let up once started.
Appearance: Almus wears heavy black boots, black cargo pants, a tight fitting silky black shirt, and a long and weathered trench coat that has protected him many times over the years. He hides his pale completion beneath belt length dark brown hair and has cold dark eyes.
Other information: Almus is a big softy underneath. So secretly he doesn't even know it anymore, he longs for company of others. He can often be found prowling around the outskirts of where other people are but never actually joins in. He is too jaded and has been scorned by others too many times to actively seek friendship again.
Pokemon: Haunter, Scyther, Kabotops, Ditto, Porygon Z, Garchomp.
On my own side note, I consider my Haunter and Scyther to be fully evolved.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Almus stared at the post up on the wall. He read it over a couple times. "Hmm. Probably one of those stuck up rich people who host tournaments thinking that the presence of their wealth will make for a better competition." He thought.

Other voices chimed in around him saying things like, "Hey wow a tournament on an island!" "I don't know, sounds like a trap to steal Pokemon from powerful trainers to me." "What does it mean by, as long as we can find our own way?"

Almus laughed and attempted to leave but was blocked off by the crowd. "Excuse me." He said to nobody in particular.

"Why don't you excuse yourself? In fact, why don't you excuse yourself right out of our town? I've been watching you and you look like a shady type of person. We don't want your kind here!" Said a voice off to Almus' side. Looking over, Almus saw a boy about a year younger than him, standing as if he were ready to fight.

Almus chuckled and turned his face away from the boy. "I believe I was planning to do just that when I politely said excuse me." Almus replied in a calm and low toned voice.

"What?! Don't you try to get sassy with me! I'm the toughest guy here in Canalave City and I won't take any lip from an outsider like you!" He reached out grabbing the shoulder of Almus' trench coat. "Hey, you show me some respect! Look at me when I'm-" his yelling was cut off when Almus reached up to grab his hand and twist it backwards. Something cracked loudly in the boys hand as he started to scream. Almus wasn't growing up to be a very muscular man but he had done some advanced martial arts training with his Scyther so he knew plenty of tricks to defend himself.

Suddenly, people started giving Almus angry looks, shouting obscenities like, "Hey that guy in black just broke Larry's arm! Get him!" Almus saw an Officer Jenny in the corner take notice of the situation. She had been eating from a box of noodles and in her haste to rush over she started choking before tripping over her own feat.

Almus glared at the angry faces. "All I want to do is leave. Will none of you let me pass?" Many people who weren't involved in the situation stepped to the side not knowing what was going on yet but several other people huddled together to block the door. "Alright then," Almus said, "so be it. Scyther come out!"

A beautiful and powerful looking creature emerged in front of him. "Scyther, these people refusing to let us pass. If they have not moved by the time I count to three then cut them down." Shock and fear swept over faces. Scyther raised her blades excitedly and Almus wasted no time in counting off the numbers very quickly. "One, two, thr- ..." Almus paused as the crowd grimaced and stepped aside.

He recalled his Pokemon and made for the door. Just then he heard a muffled voice and a Growlithe blocked his path. He saw Officer Jenny regaining her composer from the floor and rush over to him. "Your under arrest young man!"

Almus turned to her with a smile so confident that it broke her composer. "And for what may I ask? I was here minding my own business before I was insulted and then prejudiced against for my attire. Then, the law would categorize THAT boy's actions over there under physical assault so I defended myself. Then I politely asked to leave but found myself in a situation that some might view as threatening. I defended myself again without injuring anyone a second time. So what exactly am I under arrest for? If anything I should be pressing assault charges on that fellow." Everyone's face went white except for Almus'.

She lowered her head and clenched a fist. She didn't understand why but something in Almus' sinisterly confident voice made her feel small like a child. Jaws dropped around the Pokemon Center as people heard her ask Almus, "So will you be pressing charges then?"

~ ~ ~

Almus left the Pokemon Center quite pleased with himself. He looked out over the harbor and watched the clouds drift through the air. It was a heavily overcast day. That suited Almus just fine. The only time he was glad that it wasn't night time was when the sky was overcast.

He checked his Poketch and it was about noon. Remembering about the poster, he looked off towards the ocean. His hand went to the last poke ball on his belt but then he stopped. "Nah." He thought. "I shouldn't leave yet. I could get there faster than a Pidgeot and I really don't want to wait around for everyone else to show up. ... I wonder if there is a good sushi restaurant around here?" He walked off into the rest of Canalave City.

Chapter One: Riders on the Storm.
(( note: I am not asking you to post on every post ))

As Cerebus read the paper, a lot of emotions went trough him, emotions like: 'Finnaly a new chance to prove my self to my mother' and 'Is this the best choice to do'. Anyway, Cerebus decided to join the tournament.

On the pier of Snowpoint City Cerebus said his last goodbyes to his family, friends and all his other Pokémon after this past he mounted his Honchkrow and took of.

About two hours later, Cerebus looked on the horizon and saw a big storm brewing up.
"Honchkrow, fly above the water and then hold still."
"Honch Krow" He replied

As the pokémon flew down towards the water, Cerebus enlarged an other Pokéball.
"Okay HonchKrow thats low enough, go Feraligatr"

Cerebus his Water Pokémon then emerged in the water. He then jumped onto his back and returned his Honchkrow to his Pokéball and placed it on his belt.

Meanwhile on an unknown location.

A man in a nice suit was looking out of one of the many windows of his big palace like house on his private island.

"It seems the machine is working and its working well." he then walked away to another room where multiple electric types like Luxrays, Raichus, Plusels, Minums and more where tied up to a machine.
"Turn the power to its maximum" he told the man operating the machine
"Are you sure that that is a good idea? Turning the machine to its maximum could kill these Pokémon" The man behind the machine replied.
"And I dont pay you to ask me questions, so turn it to maximum, I want to test my competitors to the best of their skills."

(( even though I started the RP already anybody is free to join, its a long trip to the island ))

Almus was delighted. His senses were splitting overjoyed at their limits. He sat on a patch of grass outside eating from a full order of sushi and he was in heaven. The smells of the fish and rice and soy sauce filled his nostrils. The tender texture of the fish and rice melted like butter as he chewed it slowly to savor every moment. The smooth food glided easily down his throat.

"Oh yeeeaaaaaaahhh! That's the stuff! This is soooo goooood!" He moaned as he collapsed back onto the grass.

"Ka'p!" "Dit-!" "Chomp!" "Scy-r!"

Almus looked over beside him at his Pokémon while they ate as well. An entire barrel of steamed rice was broken open upon a tarp for the group to feast upon. Furthermore, a whole fish had been given to each of them. Scyther has politely scooped up a portion for herself out of the others way and was chewing quietly. Kabutops, Ditto, and Garchomp were huddled on three sides of the remaining pile, Kabutops and Ditto trying to eat as fast as they could as Garchomp shoveled the food into it's mouth at an alarming rate.

"Garchomp, stop it! Leave food for everyone else! Almus called out almost laughing as he continued by saying, "You eat like a Snorlax, I swear. And you'd be as fat as one too if you weren't a dragon!"

Garchomp looked up for a moment and but then went back to happily shoving food into his mouth. Almus rolled his eyes before glancing to his other side. An electric beam jumped back and forth between a couple of electro-charging packs that Almus had scattered on the ground. His Porygon-Z happily played a game of jumping from one to another.

All were gathered around feasting happily until Almus noticed one untouched plate of food. "Haunter! What is the matter with you? You spend all your free time chasing fish around and you never even eat any!"

"Haunt haun haunt!" The ghost Pokémon laughed. Almus shook his head and laughed with Haunter. Using his chopsticks Almus finished his last roll before reaching over and picking up Haunter's untouched plate.

"Well if you don't want this fish then I guess that just means more for me." Almus said as he dug in.

"Haunter!" He just smiled not caring that his fish was taken.

As Almus' little group continued to eat, he looked over the ocean with Haunter as they watched several others begin their journeys across the ocean. Some trainers called out feathered friends to carry them onwards while others mounted the backs of large water Pokémon. He couldn't help but think that all of those trainers are going to be a push over if the host of this event has many electric types.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
An hour later Almus was standing on the end of a similar pier himself. Most of his soon to be competition had already left but he cared not. His hand trailed along the six poke balls that hung from his belt and he pulled the last one from it's clasp.
"Garchomp!" The mighty dragon roared before looking down to a map Almus was holding up.
Pointing to a marker, Almus ordered, "Garchomp, we need to go here. I'm going to need you to fly me there."
"G-omp?" He cooed hesitantly.
"Yes Garchomp, I haven't forgotten how much I hate it when you fly me anywhere but we don't have any other means of getting there. Now, it should be right over... that way! Let's get going." Garchomp faced the direction Almus pointed and looked at the map one more time before it was put away. The dragon bent at the knees, pointed it's head, locked it's torso and wings in place, and finally opened it's arms for Almus to step into. Garchomp needed to hold Almus because there was no other way his master could keep himself attached during flight. As the powerful dragon arms locked almost painfully tight around Almus' torso he heard Garchomp whine reluctantly one last time. "Don't worry Garchomp, go ahead. Just get us there as fast as you can so we can get this over and done with."
With that, Garchomp kicked off from the ground with his bent legs and immediately began to fold it's body for flight. The Pokémon began to look just like a jet plane before it sped off into the plotted direction. Almus was wind whipped painfully as the entire world began a blur and his stomach felt stretched back into his feet. His ears roared so loud it was deafening. His head bowed do to protect his face from the air pressure. He could not move a single muscle below his neck as his body hung behind him.
In only a few moments he thought he saw some variations of other trainers in the water and sky but he couldn't be sure as he was traveling so fast even the ocean below him was hard for his brain to register. Flying around with Garchomp always made Almus feel like a jump rope. If you spin it fast enough then eventually it reaches a point where it can't be seen anymore. Except now Almus was the one traveling super fast and could not see the rest of the world anymore.
The trip had not taken all that long but to Almus it could not have ended fast enough. Quite abruptly Garchomp began to slow. The Pokémon had waited until the last possible second to slow down. Once on the ground the dragon grabbed Almus by the collar and forced him to the ground with his head over the side of the ledge Garchomp landed on.
Thankfully putting a hand on the dragon claw holding him, Almus retched and vomited from his flight. He cursed himself for eating only an hour before flying with Garchomp but fortunately most of his meal was spared and left in his stomach. Almus collapsed onto his back as he clung onto Garchomp's claw for dear life.
"Gaaaooor." He rumbled peacefully.
His Pokémon had flew with him many times and Garchomp knew that after a flight Almus' body always became sick. Almus was always left completely disoriented once they landed and the sooner Garchomp got Almus to lay still the better. Almus' mind spun unable to overcome the dizzy feeling or regain his sense of whether he was still in motion or not. Almus ears were completely deaf and would remain that way for quite awhile. His eyes were burning and needed to readjust to the light as if he had just come out of a cave. Lastly, every muscle in his body was sore from being wind beat and stretched backwards.
Garchomp affectionately let his left claw be his master's anchor to the solidary world and used his right claw to poke open Haunter's poke ball. Just as Haunter did every time after Almus flew, he laid a ghostly hand on Almus' head and used his psychic powers to help still his mind.
"Haunnnn..."
After about ten minutes Almus began to come around. "Whah- Errgh, Where areh- we?" Almus spat out sickly as he tried to stand. He look up embarrassed at his two friends as they both waved it off back at him to tell him that he had no reason to feel ashamed by his current state. Garchomp gave him a smile and returned to his poke ball. Haunter vanished from view and the two poke balls floated back to their places on Almus' belt. While invisible from view and detection from others, Haunter floated loyally by Almus' side to watch over him as Haunter knew his master had not yet recovered his sense of hearing.
"Well this isn't what I was expecting." Almus said aloud, seemingly talking to himself but knowing Haunter was there to listen. Almus still half dizzily gazed around at his surroundings.
"Hmm that looks like one very bad storm, I think I am going to regret ridding Feraligtr, even with Lightning like that its still not save in the water because of the big waves, this is a delima."
Then a big wave hit Cerebus in the face.
"Brr, I regret not taking extra clothes with me or even a towel, okay Feraligatr stop. Go Honchkrow, I think I will have to relay on your speed, okay mate."
"Honch." he replied.
Two hours later.
"This storm isent possible!!! Honchkrow fly lower, now!!!" Cerebus had to raise his voice to even hear what he was saying himself.
"Honchkrow, dodge now!" Cerebus yelled.
Just on time Cerebus dodged a lightning strike.
"God, that was to close for comfort."
Then Cerebus his Pokénav and Poketch were starting to flikker.
"No, no, not an electrick pulse."
But it was a bit to late, all Cerebus his electrical devices died out.
Now Cerebus had to work pure on his vision and that wasent a easy thing, not with this weather.
2 Hours later.
Honchkrow landed on a big Island somewhere in the middle of nowhere.
The first thing Cerebus did was throw up.
"That was the most uncomftrble trips I have made EVER." Cerebus said to himself wipping his mouth.
He then studied his surroundings, aiming at his body clock it was probaly 2:30 in the morning.
"I guess I have to head to that mansion on the top of that hill." Cerebus said to himself. Cerebus then took a coil of rope out of his backback.
"Okay Honchkrow, I need you to take the coil up there and stick it somewhere it wouldent come loos quickly."
"Honch" the bird replied saluting Cerebus and then flew up.
2 minutes later.
"Honch!!" The bird yelled down towards Cerebus.
"Okay Honchkrow understood" Cerebus said pulling the rope twice just to make sure. He then tied the rope tightly around him. He then started to climb up.
((Oh, noez, I double posted, but since Almus asked so nicely, here's the next development.))
Cerebus placed his hand on top the cliff and then pulled himself up, he lied on his back for two minutes, its no easy feet to climb up an 20 feet cliff during a storm.
As he got back up, he looked around, he saw a big castle on the edge of the island.
"Hmm, guess thats my target then." He muttered.
After walking atleast 20 (if not more) minutes, the storm went down a notch. Cerebus looked up and down, that's one big door, who needs such a door was the better question.
As Cerebus was about to knock, the door opened with a nice, peace disturbing crack, a man dressed in a nice suit stood there before Cerebus.
"Welcome, young master. I trust you are here for the Grand Tournament? If so then follow me, there is no need in standing in the rain all night. There are many nasties lurking on this island." He said in a nice try at a posh accent, to bad he failed.
"...Uum, yes. Thank you." Was all Cerebus could say, before following the man inside.
As Cerebus entered the 'living room', he was rather amazed, the living room had the same size as his dads house.
A fair group of people had arrived before Cerebus. Most of them were sleeping, eating or talking with each other.
"Please wait in this room untill my lord will asign you with your quarters." The butler said, before leaving Cerebus in the room with the other people.
Some of them looked up at Cerebus, some greeting him, others not taking the time, either to busy with sleeping or to full of themselves. Cerebus placed himself in a seat and survaid the room, this was gonna be a long tournament.
(( Get the Butler to bring you to the 'living room' and just socialize, almus, you'll get a lot of fantasy with making the other people. Making more or less 20 npc's is kinda boring. ))
After looking around, Almus could see that he was on a small pier connected to a slim walk dirty walk way, expanding equally around the sides of a very large cliff. The top of the cliff was remarkably high up and there seemed to be no way atop the plateau from what he could see.
Shouting deftly, Almus called out, "Kabutops!"
"Ka'p!" The large stone shellfish stood ready and listening.
"Kabu, I want you to Swift Swim all the way around this island. I want you to look and see if there are any path ways up the cliff on the other side, or if there are any under water pathways hidden down below." Almus snapped his hand out to the right and then Kaputops was off. It dove into the water and sped around the bend of the island at remarkable speed.
Almus then lowered his arm and stood there for a moment. He opened his mouth, seemingly to speak to speak to no one once again. "I want to know what is on top of that cliff. I want to know if there are any others or any dangers up there."
Following his words there was only silence, as nothing could be seen or heard in response to his words.
After a short wait, Almus could later see a trail rippling in the water coming from the left side of the island. The large rock Pokemon splashed up onto the pier and gave a little boy to Almus. "Kabu, have you checked the cliff side and the underwater grounds surrounding?"
"Ka ka!" His Pokemon nodded.
"And did you find any ways inside?"
"Ta ta" He replied shaking his head.
"So are you finished yet?" Now to anyone who might be watching, all they would have seen is Kabutops shaking his head as he bent down on one knee. However, what they wouldn't have seen was Almus feeling the cold chill of a ghost's hand on his head. And what they wouldn't have heard was Haunter psychically speaking to his master's mind.
"Not much. A large castle a few ways away, many people inside, but no one and nothing else roaming about the plateau." Haunter said, in response to Almus's question of him being finished or not.
Almus then climbed atop his kneeling Kabutops and simply said, "Up." Without another word, the rock Pokemon positioned it's head flat like a chair and very quickly began using rock climb up the cliff. Carrying Almus up the cliff side was a simply matter to Kabutops and they reached the top after only a few moments.
"Return Kabu. You have done very well." Almus said before placing the pokeball back onto his belt. He then started making the long walk towards the castle that he saw before him. We watched as the storm worsened and even the island started being blanketed in a heavy rain. "Good, rain. Storm clouds. That will block out the sun light. Depending on how well lit things are inside the castle where I assume are battles are going to be, this could work to our advantage."
Nothing else was said until Almus had finally reached the large front doors of the building. He took a moment to admire the wonderful architecture, until a servant looking man with a bad accent opened the entry way and spoke. ""Welcome, young master. I trust you are here for the Grand Tournament? If so then follow me, there is no need in standing in the rain all night. There are many nasties lurking on this island."
Almus continues to stand in the downpour until the man's cheesy grin was broken in surprise by his stillness. "I like the rain..." Almus said coldly. The butler's smug confidence was broken by rude comment, which Almus quickly followed up with by saying, "And why else would I be here on some uncharted island in the middle of nowhere unless for a tournament already announced to be here?"
Almus walked inside no by his own accord as the butler stuttered, "Well, well of course. There is no other reason why anyone would ever come out to this island."
Stopping suddenly in his steps, Almus spoke with his back to the man. "Are you trying to tell me that this whole castle, everything here, was just newly built just for this tournament?"
"Oh well, um, why no, of course not. This has been the private residence of my lord for generations. And of course he has other business not related to the tournament that comes through here. Oop!... but that is not anything that someone like you needs to know about."
Almus chuckled and walked on, needing no tour as he could hear where all the sounds of the other trainers were coming from. "Hmm... a summoning of people who have tournament worthy Pokemon, a remote location in the middle of nowhere, secret business that requires a screening at the door... Something seem's fishy here. Better be careful." Almus said, just barely whispering. Haunter hissed quietly, knowing exactly what Almus wanted....
~~~

As Almus entered the room there was a loud clatter of Pokemon trainers, all seemingly of different ages and backgrounds. Some were huddled around in small groups, talking about their excitement. Some were showing off their Pokemon right from the start. There were of course those quaking few who looked so nervous that it was a wonder how they made it to the island. Then in the end there were those who had chosen to sleep their impatience away.

Almus made his way past the crowd, ignoring all, and leaned himself back against a far wall to isolate himself as much as possible. He had no wish for idle chatter with anyone and he held his coat closed tightly to not allow anyone a view of his belt where his pokeballs are normally kept.

Cerebus looked up when he saw the new person enter, he had recently released his Manetric and he was now sleeping on his lap.

Then, on top of a balcony on the east side of the room, a man came out, dressed in a very formal suit.

"Welcome, worthy guests and trainers from around the globe. I am Siegfried, your host and master of this castle. I trust your travel here was most," He paused for a moment looking for the right word. "Interesting? Not many people I know of have made it trough one of these storms..."

"Quit your yapping and get to the point!!" Somebody yelled from across the room.

"Oh, I'm sorry, am I boring you? If it would please you, I have summoned you, the best and most elite of trainers together in my private home for a tournament, of wich you already knew of.
The prize, you may wonder? Anything your little hearts can wish for."

Cerebus got startled when he heard this, he should'nt be making any illusions, but what if it was able? Bringing back people from the dead?

"The first match shall begin tomorrow, untill then you will be asigned to a room, these are located in the north and west wing. If you need food, you are welcome to come to the dining hall, since someone ate it all" He then disapeard. There was a slight murmur among the competators, a price like that, that was worth winning for.

***

"You all think you shall win ofcourse." Siegfried thought to himself, while pulling out a bottle of whiskey and filling a glass.
"But in the end, I alone shall be the victor." He drank the glass in one gulp and pulled a blanket of something in his room, reavelling a gaint machine.

"Anything our little hearts desire?" Almus thought to himself, feeling Haunter's hand on his head so that his Pokemon can know his thoughts. "With a prize like that... he is either the devil, or he has absolutely no plans to let any of us win this tournament and claim a prize."

Almus stepped away from the wall he was leaning against and starting walking back towards the doors. He ignored the excited cries as well as the few who tried to speak to him. He pushed the door to the large room open, stepped out, and closed it behind him. Just as he did, he ran into the butler who had been making his way towards the room. "I would like to be shown my sleeping quarters... now please." Not wanting to risk falling victim to another one of Almus' mind games, the butler nodded saying nothing and showed Almus to his room first.

As soon as they were there Almus walked inside, said thank you, slammed the door shut immediately behind him and locked the door. The room was very elegant and fancy looking. There were chocolates and candied sweets on a table. The bed looked soft and inviting. There was a large window over looking the sea. ... But Almus would have none of it. He had made a habit out of not trusting people and it has served him well in the past. He snapped his fingers and suddenly his Haunter appeared in view.

"I guess that for now, we won't be needing you to hide those." Almus said stretching out his hand. Haunter opened his mouth and six pokeballs rolled off his tongue which Almus put back onto his belt.

"Haunt haun haunt!" Whenever Almus felt like his Pokemon might be in danger he would give them to Haunter to hide them. Haunter had taken them earlier after Almus' conversation with the butler, but for now Almus would need his Pokemon.

He turned out all the lights, took down any candles and closed the curtains on the windows so that it was dark in the room. "Be safe without me Haunter. You know what to do." Almus said as suddenly the ghost Pokemon made an illusion of Almus sleeping on the bed. Then Haunter disappeared once again, phasing itself into a wall to hide.

Almus walked to the window and called his Garchomp outside. The dragon quietly stayed flying outside the window as Almus leap up onto his back. He made sure to close the curtains and the window behind him.

Almus wasn't leaving, but he learned from experience that to stay away from anyone who might want to hurt him, he has to not trust people. Almus had no intention falling asleep alone in a strange room where anything could be a trap. The food could be tainted, the bed could maybe turn into a cage. He could have been spied on through the window. Maybe someone could be planning to release poison gas into the room late at night. Haunter would still be safe if they released poison and being a ghost, he could make an apparition appear so it looks like Almus were vulnerable in his bed. Almus and Haunter had used this ruse many times and it had saved Almus' life more than once.

He and Garchomp stealthily flew up through the rain to the top of the castle. The rain hide any sounds they might have made and the dark thunderclouds hide any shadows that would have otherwise been seen. Once on the roof he called out another Pokemon.

"Ditto!" The small pink blob said.

Almus lept down onto the top of the building and recalled his Garchomp to his pokeball. Then he turned to his other Pokemon. "Dit, see that tower over there? I want you to transform into another tower just like that one. It only needs to be something small. Just a little safe room for me to sleep in. You remember me teaching you how to make safe-rooms for me right?"

His Ditto nodded and Almus sat down on the roof as his Ditto began sparkling and stretched out over him. Suddenly he was inside of a very small little room but that was all he needed. He was safe from the rain, he was alone where no one could find him, and Haunter could always come tell him if something started going on. He rolled out his sleeping bag and pillow and laid down for a good night's sleep. He patted the low ceiling of his little room to let Ditto know it had done a good job and he drifted off to sleep to wait for whatever tomorrow would bring.

(( You are quite supersticiuos. ))

Cerebus decided he was not going to stay in this room for the rest of the evening, the people, were quite, weird.

As the Butler led Cerebus room to his room, Cerebus saw a shadow moving behind him. He turned his face but there was nothing.

He opened his door and went inside. Just as he was going to close it, the shadow jumped in the room.

"Toxicroak? How the hell did you get here?" Cerebus asked him.
"Toxi. Toxicroak." He said pointing at his wet body.

"Oh, right, should keep more track of those obvious things." Cerebus said.

He then placed himself on the bed and quickly fell to sleep.

The next morning.

Cerebus woke up to a knocking on his door. He opened it and the butler was standing there in front of him.

"You are needed to go to the dining hall." He said. "Its in the west wing, two doors past the living room."

Cerebus tried to follow his instructions as good as possible, the only problemm was, Cerebus sucked at finding places. As he was lookingaround the castle, he passed a bend and walked into someone.

They both fell to the ground.
"Hey, you mind?" Cerebus asked.
"Speak for yourself." The other person asked, a girl, about Cerebus' age.
"Oh sorry, I was kinda lost, I need to find the dining hall. You know where it is?" Cerebus asked and then helped her up.
"Yes, I just came from it, its past this turn. I am Ellen by the way, and you are?"
"Cerebus, pleasure."

They both went their ways.

As Cerebus entered the room, he was once again amazed, the room was long and wide, in the center of the room there was a table were atleast 100 persons could sit, at both edges, the walls were littered with 16th century paintings, many medieval armors were placed among the walls and on the right side there was a large fireplace.

((I'm not suspicious. My character is just very careful. He doesn't like other people so he doesn't trust them.))

Almus awoke the next morning to a gentle rocking of his shoulder. Opening his eyes and looking up he could see a familiar purple face with a venomously blue tongue outstretched and making faces at him. "Good morning to you too Haunter." He said with a sleepily little chuckle.

"Haunt haun!"

Stretching and sitting up he said, "So Haunter, what have I missed?" He had barely finished his sentence when Haunter's ghostly hand landed on his skull and instantly his mind was invaded with Haunter's memories of the recent past. He saw himself floating high in the air of the bedroom he was assigned.

There was a knocking upon the door and the apparition of his body disappeared from the bed to reappear by the door. His false body stood there as the door opened just a crack by itself. The bulter's voice spoke in his rehearsed tone, "You are needed to go to the dining hall. It is in the west wing, two doors past the living room." After that the door closed and relocked once again.Almus came back to reality as his Pokemon released him from the psychic trance. He nodded to Haunter who disappeared again.

Almus tapped twice on the wall of his little room and instantly his Ditto started shimmering and returned to it's normal form by his feet.
"Ditto!" Looking around Almus could see that the storm was still blaring darkly around but the rain had stopped for the moment.

He smiled down, "So how did you sleep Ditto?" His Pokemon gave a happy little sigh as it rose it's arms. "Well that's good. Ok, well time for breakfast everyone." Almus released all of his Pokemon and they all had a nice private little breakfast with themselves on the roof top. Haunter, being a ghost, didn't need to eat so instead he went down into the building and checked the food that was being served. Being a poison ghost Pokemon he could easily tell if anything was poisoned or not and all seemed fine. So after his Pokemon ate, Almus recalled all except for Haunter back to their pokeballs and he went back down to have his own breakfast with his invisible friend.

Walking into the dining hall, Almus could see that the host of their gathering had spared no expense. It was quite a fancy and lavish place. Almus took a seat near by the fireplace as that felt very comforting to him because he had just spend quite a lot of time outside in the cold while he fed his Pokemon. He sat there, eating quietly and politely while avoiding eye contact from others. He still had no wish to converse with any of them.

As the guest were eating their breakfast, wich constited out of this enormous buffet, Siegfried appeared and spoke to them.

"First of all, I would like to welcome all of you to my little private resort. Ofcourse you are all dieing to find out, who am I and what do I need the best the world has to offer? I'm afraid I cannot anwser that question just yet, I can however, tell you, you will all expierence the time of your life here. No, allow my assistents to give each of you a small pokéball, each of them has a number writen on the inside, the number matches inside the pokéball matches somebody else in this room, also, as an added twist, there is a type writen next to the number. But now, find your partner and get aquinted with each other."

(I'm gonna team the two of us up, also, Cerebus here is the same as in the RP)

Cerebus opened his ball: Nr. 5 and the Dark type. He looked around the room and suddendly spotted Almus, hiding in the furthest corner of the dining room. He decided to walk up to his friend and say hi and who knows, they might aswell be on the same team here.

"Well Almus, as social as ever?" He asked his friend, with a sarcastic undertone.

Almus just sat quietly and continued to eat while the host of this gathered began his rambling. This was not the first tournament he had been to and the beginning speeches always sounded the same to him. It wasn't until he was presented with a pokeball and he heard a familiar voice that he stood up with interest.

"Well Almus, as social as ever?" His old friend Cerebus said.

Well Cerebus, here to steal everybody's Pokemon? Surely you would give an old friend time to escape." Almus said laughing as the two friends teased each other back and forth. Then Almus looked at the pokeball in his hand only to see a number 5 inside. Looking back to his friend, "Sure enough you have a number five inside your ball too don't you? Think it's fate? Or did you rig this some how? Old friends destined to battle together haha."
