So my wee country was very lucky enough to be one of the first to get Saw VI, which is amazing because for every year before the last we were some of the last to get it...lol. Anywho on with the review.

Well for everyone that has been waiting to have A LOT explained then this is your film, I’m not gonna be a spoil sport and tell ya what but a huge deal is finally been explained once and for all. Some very interesting things are revealed about curtain characters, expect a lot of Jill, a wee bit of Amanda but not too much, in all truth after seeing how much she was in the film I thought her “return” was to hyped up, an old face pops up that was thought to be gone, that return mixed things up really well, don’t expect much from the “Scream Queen” not much from her at all, kind of pointless in my eyes. The traps real rather interesting, some have an almost fairground feel which I thought was quite fun, over all they were quite nice, lots of blood and guts...lol, we get to see a new version of an old fan fav to, the way it was used was WAY more fun then the original one and the end result...dang!!! Over all not too bad, still a couple of things that it leaves ya guessing about a couple of new questions but not to many, this one was more about clearing up then anything. Personally it made me adore Hoffman more but that’s just me, you see him go from been nice and calm to becoming something rather different, which I quite enjoyed. So I’m gonna give it 7/10 not the best of the lot but better than others.

I thought that this one was one of the best! For me the list goes: SAW II, SAW VI, SAW, SAW III and then the last ones can fight for last for all I care. But if your on the fence about seeing this movie, trust me it's a really good one. SAW VI answers most questions and just leaves only a couple ones for SAW VII. I thought that it was 8/10, really good biggrin

I went to the midnight showing and I was a bit disappointed with the opening scene it seemed they were really scratching the bottom of the barrel but It picked up after that. The old character pop-ups were nice to see and more questions were answered and some good twists were incorporated (you get to know why Amanda freaks out over that note in the third movie). It was also nice to see Hoffman sweat a little bit, I was never a big fan of him so I was happy.
Since Jill came into the picture, I was very interested in what her role was and how the relationship between her and John worked and deteriorated. You just knew when she got the box something was going down.

All in all, I give it a 7/10 since they really seemed liked they just wanted to answer questions and push it out the door. I was disappointed but not enough to regret going at midnight.
I don't doubt you will all see it eventually anyway.

I thought it was good. But the two questions I want to know is. Did Hoffman go after Jill when he escaped his trap and I'm everyone wants to know this

WHAT HAPPENED TO DR. GORDEN?

I think you will find the next film will be on Hoffman getting some damn good revenge. As for the second one I’m taking a wild stab and saying that it was dear doctor Gorden that Jill gave the sealed package to, I have a good feeling that is his office, could be using a new name or something, oh well we will just have to wait and see.

I'm going to punch somebody in the face if it's in 3-D. SAW focuses more on the psychological issues than the gore that flies at your face.

Akasha i agree on the next film opening with Hoffman screaming and then getting the ******** out of there and getting some major medical aid. Plus we dont know if that was the hospital where Dr.Gordon works, it looked like a patient room, not a docters room.

In all honest truth I really don’t mind if it is in 3D, all films I have seen in it have been a lot of fun to see, it’s a nice different experience, with horror films I find it becomes even more fun because it does freak people out a LOT more, I have seen people duck for cover thinking they are gonna be hit by a fly body part. Anyway as with all films like that they bring them out in both 3D and normal so you will a chance to see it the good old way if ya really not up for things popping out at the screen at ya.
