Do you hate Ginny? Why?
Personally, I think she went WAAAY overboard after "getting over" (but not really) her crush on Harry. I mean, she just keeps on switching around from boyfriend to boyfriend. And even if she didn't, I've always felt that she's annoying and vain, always wanting to stick up for herself and but in on the Trio's marvelous friendship. Whenever there's a conversation with Harry, Ron, and Hermione that Ginny appears in, I always feel that she's sorta a stopper on...something, I don't know what. But I just feel that she's blocking the way for a comfortable, friendly talk. Plus, time and again Harry has had to postpone telling Ron and Hermione some secret or other because Ginny's there.
Well, anyway, I really HATE Ginny!!!! domokun domokun domokun

I don't agree with you, I like Ginny. I think she's brave and she saved quite a few lives when the deatheaters came to Hogwarts in book 6. I also like her and Harry together.

Griselda Banks I think she went WAAAY overboard after "getting over" (but not really) her crush on Harry. I mean, she just keeps on switching around from boyfriend to boyfriend. You make it sound like she's been dating a different guy every month or something. I know she dated Dean Thomas, and that Ravenclaw dude, but I can't remember anymore before Harry. So thats two guys....that really isn't that much is it?

I don't know, maybe I'm completely off my rocker, but I'm completely against boyfriends/girlfriends. So three, including Harry, is way too much for me to still like her. And all dating aside, what about simply the way she is? True, she might be brave, but isn't she at least A LITTLE annoying?! Am I the only one in this entire world who groans silently every time Harry, Ron, and Hermione are having a nice little chat and then Miss Smart-Mouth Redhead comes bouncing in?!

In my opinion, Ginny Weasley is a decent character, although I feel that her character development seems to have been fastforwarded a tad too much ever since the Order of the Phoenix. From the timid girl in the Chamber of Secrets, she has suddenly changed to this boisterous girl who's willing to take anyone (or anything) on. It's rather hard to imagine her changing in such a short period of time, actually, but it could be plausible as there was a one year lull during the Prisoner of Azkaban- she wasn't featured at all there, was she? Perhaps she already possessed such a personality before this (we can't be sure, as we don't have anything on her before the Chamber of Secrets), but she was too shy to speak around Harry before this? It is more plausible that way, rather than a fastforwarded character change.
As for her having numerous boyfriends (although Fred and George claimed that she had already gone through five sweatdrop ), I share the same opinion with Junimaia that there is nothing wrong with her having two boyfriends before Harry. It isn't as if she was using them or anything of that sort (okay, perhaps she may have wanted to fill the void that was Harry) and perhaps she was just immature when she dated the two guys.

I don't like the way Ginny replaces boyfriend it like me replacing my sock... which I do alot. Ginny over all is like her older brothers. she cool but annoying.

i like Ginny, but she seems like she "gets around" if u know what i mean. but shes pretty cool. she steps up and fights for what she belives in. she'll do what ever it takes. she doesn't care what people say. more people need to be like that
