The item behind this one is that you make a character and then come up with things you want to do, like tame a dragon, or have a son with an elf, or become king of your own town. Things you may not normally do in DnD because of the quest you are on. You come up with what you want to do and I'll tell you what you have to do or roll to get or do it.
