The Tsuchikage is [IN/OUT]

The room, on the ground floor of the Kage's Mansion, is wide and spacious. There is a long, curved desk, large enough to seat as many as sixteen facing the center of the room; behind it, the wall is made of glass, revealing a luscious garden - The gem of Iwagakure. The figures seated at the desk seem to be arranged by age: On the left are younger jounin and chuunin, each with a scroll in front of them. At the very center is the Tsuchikage, her chin resting on the backs of her interlaced hands, eyes hard as they sweep the room, calculating in their solemnity. To the right of the village leader are advisors, each looking so characteristically grim, it might even be taken as amusing. They have fewer papers in front of them, but even from far away, you can see the large red headings on the tops, marking them as confidential. In order to receive a mission, the jounin senseis must line up single file; on the sides of the room are benches for their pupils if they've come along. The cool, quiet of the room seems to tell of the seriousness of the business that goes on within, and even the most noisy of children are at least a little well behaved, especially with the serious Tsuchikage in the room.
