* ground shakes and a puppet arms fly out of the ground and thay hit the gate... and a bomb tags cover the gate and the claws dissupear in to the ground and the bomb tags set off blowing up the gates* (puppet or not its unone)

no i dont puppets are weaponds not jutsu weapons can be used by eney body

and puppets are used all over the villages juts the sand uses the puppet master jutsu the most

if you read andor watche naruto you would see puppet all the way the the story even fillages other than sand.
