I'd also like to take a moment to rage against the unjustified crap The Hazards Of Love has been receiving. It is easily my favorite album of the year, and I would put it on par with some of the Decemberists' best work (that being The Crane Wife and Castaways And Cutouts).
Anyhoo, I thought it was a wonderful album for folk fans and prog fans alike (I happen to be both of those things, so all the better).

No, Decemberists. It's the B-side to the Billy Liar single. it showed up in my pandora, and the drum riff is really catchy.

It's on Otis' opuses as Everybody Knows, and on the Billy Liar single as Sunshine.

Yeah, I don't have that track. I have all their studio albums and EPs but you're getting a little too obscure for me.
I did end up looking it up, though, and I rather enjoyed it.

Their music is in my life at least once a week, and that's saying something as I don't usually listen to music, I tend to be the one playing it.

A B Up Start i like death cab for cutie and the postal service, so i assume i'd like the decemberists if i took a sec to listen. (since the same guy is in all 3) I think you're mistaken. The Decemberists are unrelated to those two bands. Additionally, in terms of style, The Decemberists have a greater folk influence than the slicker sounds of Death Cab and The Postal Service. However, I am a fan of those two bands, and I do like The Decemberists, so maybe there is a correlation. Either way, I absolutely adore The Decemberists, and I strongly recommend that you look into them.
