Bethan had an ouch in her spine the second Anna healed Harri, and rushed up as soon as Anna was out of the way. "Oh thank goodness!"

Java ignored the twinge in his back, as he walked through the halls, on his way to see Ava. Seeing Harold, he asked "Is Ava- Miss Storm, I mean - is she in her office, do you know?" Remembering that Harold was new, he asked "Hey, how're you settling in?"

Netta slipped on some gloves and held Becca's hand. "Hey, Becca... if you're dead, can I have your iPod?"

[[Giving them ouchies, tut tut Harri.]]

Ava felt a jolt go through her body but somehow ignored it.

Becca snorted, still lying on her back with her eyes closed.
"Only if you keep all the Disney movies on it." she said, opening her eyes. She blinked a few times, and sat up, groaning. "Headache.. paracetamol." she said, not bothering to use whole sentences.


She missed her friend Anna even more when she did things like this. It was almost like they were all besties again...
Harri opened her eyes, blinking hard against the wetness there. She looked at her friend, looking empty and vulnerable.
She managed a half-hearted smile, and looked at her hands, covered in blood in her lap. She gingerly raised one to the back of her head, noting how though the blood still stuck her hair in clumps, the wound was gone, as was the pressure. With the other, she brushed at her teary eyes.
She kept looking down as she slid of the table, hugging her arms around her. "I want to go home." she said, in a small voice. Mike immediately rushed forward, putting his hand on her back, but she pulled away, still not looking at anyone. "Alone." she said, and teleported to her old bedroom in HH, as opposed to the upstairs flat she shared with Mike in Larkford.

Netta groaned. "Disney? Seriously?" she fished in her bag for some aspirin, and gave it to Becca along with her water bottle.

Bethan sighed. "Mike... maybe you should just take off for a while - Not that we don't want you around! It's just, maybe she'll realise how much she likes you when you're not around..." she trailed off. "I've got to go." she said, and teleported back to Hero High.
Chris sighed again, unaware of how much of a nancy he seemed for mimicking his wife subconsciously. "Hey, Mike, why don't you come to Osaka with me next week? I've got a spare ticket and everything... Bethan's not coming... I know Cassie'd love to see you. You could bring Odette?"

Java smiled. "Damn, I was hoping to know at least one my students' names before I started. And hey, I'm Java by the way, or Javed Suresh, or whatever. Everybody's really friendly, don't worry about it. Why don't we go see Nick? He's slightly older than you, but he's cool."
He looked aorund for Nick's dorm door, and found it. Then he knocked, because he wanted Nick to open it.

Nick opened the door - he was dressed just in jeans, and was towel drying his messy crop of hair. "Hey guys, what's up?" he asked, standing back so they could come in. He grinned at Harold. "New meat." He chuckled, his eyes flashing mischeivously.

Mike stared dejectedly at the space where the girls had just disappeared from. He made a depressed noise under his breath, and turned to Chris.
"Sure. Odette'll be pysched when she hears." he shook himself mentally, and he looked much more his playboy, cheeky self.
"Yeah. I'll go ring her now." he grinned at his friend, as they started walking out onto the street (seriously singular) of Larkford. Pulling out his phone, he pressed the speedial 1. "Hey Dettie - yes I know you hate it when I call you that - Yes I know only Harri's allowed to call you that. Shut up, kid, I gotta tell you something..." he grinned, teasing his kid sister, and explained. The excited chatter coming out of the receiver was so loud even Chris could hear it, and Mike laughed.

Nick was laughingly pushing Java inside, when he looked up and saw Annita walking down the corridor.
"Hey Annita!" He waved at her to come over, smiling. "You met Harold yet? He's new!" He said, not in the least self-conscious.

Nick noticed her crossing her arms.
"Cold? Come on in, I've got the heating on full blast." He smiled at her. "And we can make Java make some coffee or something." He said, sending a teasing glance at his friend.
