im trying to get full supreme chameleos so i can easlily kill kushala and i was wondering if theres a easy way to kill it and how do i get a chameleos jewel

Wait what level is the quest? Elder, Felyne Elder, Low Guild, High Guild, G-Rank?
I am actually farming the elder Chameleos now. 3nodding
My build:
Rathalos Soul: Helmet, Body, Greaves, Gloves, Waist
Wyvern Blade Fall Blood or Maple or Dark Scythe
With Wyvern Blade attack the front of the Chameleos and with Dark Scythe attack Sides and wings. I have noticed that Chameleos will turn to face you though becuase most of his attacks are front based so Wyvern Blade may be a better bet even if weaker. Chameleos takes a lot of Fire and Dragon damage and the Wyvern Blades have ALOT of Fire Damage. I can kill Chameleos in about 1 quest and 10 minutes into the next.

If its High Rank you won't get the skill AntiDaora that ability triggers for G Rank armor instead you'll just have Dragon Wind Breaker so you won't fall down from its aura. If anything if you have a HH, you can camp this guy pretty easily with a Gold Recorder (Purple, Sky Blue, Blue) since you can give the buff Wind All Cancel or any other HH that can give that skill. It's the same thing as Dragon Wind Breaker AND you can knock it out pretty easily too... if your not too greedy xD
On a side note, even though it takes good damage from fire you'll need Dragon to break his horn. If anything try to hit his backlegs so he'll fall down and you can hit him in the face~

That's if you can find the back legs, of course. =D
Honestly, I just fight against Chameleos for my first time and....i hate him, then again i tend to say that a lot for monsters that i used to think were giant pains in the a**(like blangonga)
thankfully, this thread also helped me.
