Council House

Not too far away from the arena itself lies a small building. It only has two floors but despite its puny appearance, it is also heavily guarded. Snipers on the roof, bodyguards and a couple of heavily armed soldiers surround the building. This place is known as the Council House.

In here, all tournament Judges gather and discuss the past matches with detail in order to determine who the winner is. Needless to say, only judges and authorized personal are allowed to enter this building.

As soon as you enter, you can see a large room that contain a couple of couches lined up against the wall as well as a big table at the end of the room. This is where the judges sit down and talk about the match. There's also a large board that contains all the contestants' personal information and a big plasma TV attached to the wall in order to allow the judges to replay the match. There's also a mini-bar in case they need a drink or a snack.

On the second floor, there's only a handful of rooms. This is where the judges can stay for as long as the tournament takes place. Each room has its own bathroom, a comfortable bed, a dresser and a nice view. Each window has been reinforced with bulletproof glass.

If you go to the back of the building, there's also a small picnic table and a pool. This is where the judges can go unwind in order to clear their head and judge better.

If a contestant tries to approach the place, expect to be welcomed by a couple of unfriendly-looking bodyguards.
