It's pretty sweet! Tom Hamilton does the same thing, but not as much as Brad as it seems.

They're just standing or at least doing something besides playing like tapping their foot or bobbing their head or something. Joe is definitely all over the place, but he's the lead guitarist. Gene Simmons is a great bass player though either way =P not as good as some though. Aerosmith = better.

Every member of a band is important and wouldn't be the same if one was missing. I know in band class all the time, they'd relate music to a 'cake'. If you are missing an ingredient or don't blend the mix together well enough, it isn't going to come out right =P
