(In wolf form) Lyra stepped out of the dense, forest underbrush, and went down to the lake and sat down. It was night and the moon was full. But even the moon in full shine shed no light on my pitch-black, void-like fur. The wind was soft and warm. I lifted My pitch black muzzle and howled a beautiful lunar song. *Howls beautiful lunar song*

*Stops howling* I Lay down and cross my paws. I watch the silent, dark water glimmering in the moonlight, as I space out and ignore everything around me. All night creatures and sounds are tuned out until only silence remains.

(In fox form)Sky was on his nightly walk around the lake, taking great notice in the moon's reflection in the water. "It's so beautiful. It's kinda super natural to have something this great in our presence." He gazed at it, pondering, wind tugging at his bright fur.

*Turns ear at sound of another animal* lifts head* then back down* I am determined to ignore and dream peacefully. *Growls* "Go away and leave me in peace whoever you are."

After looking at the reflection in the water, Sky had a striking want. He turned away from the lake and started running off in that direction. After a good distance, he took a short jump and lifted himself off of the ground. Concentrating his energy on using his ability to fly, he shot up in a straight line and towards the dark night sky.

Lifts head* "Whos there?" turns ears and head trying to pin-point the sound* growls* "Who disturbs my peacful resting?" *Looks at sky and sees something strange* shakes head* "are my eyes going?Or is it real?"Shakes head* since when do foxes fly? I got midnight sun madness or something....

Nose pointed upward, tails flayling behind him, Sky leveled himself in the air, and started back towards the direction of the lake. When he neared it, he dove in the air, coming towards the lake, then quickly levled off and was almost skimming across the surface of the lake.

*Jumps up then a few paces/pawsteps back as the fox goes across the water* now i've seen everything. "Pretty fancy flying you have. How in the world does a normal fox gain the power to fly?" *Goes close to where the fox is flying, still on the edge of the lake* I can't believe i'm talking to it....is it even an animal?

Sky felt relaxed as he swept across the top of the water. He did a couple of slow barrel rolls, and looking off to one side, saw a wolf sitting on the bank. He saw as though she were trying to talk to him, but couldn't make out any words as the water sprayed beneath him. He shook of the presence of the wolf, since they tend to get edgy. He did a loop at the end of the lake, and spiraled gracefully out of the air and landed softly on the ground, and started grooming himelf a bit.

*Goes over to fox* "Did you even hear what I said? I had said, pretty fancy flying you have, i guess did now. But I had asked where in the world does a normal fox gain the power to fly? you obviously arn't normal....what are you exactly?" *Sits and claws the ground irritablly*

Sky stopped grooming himself and noticed that the wolf was approaching him. He spoke to him, realizing that's waht she meant to say to him as he was skimming over the water. "Well, first off, no, I'm not what you would exactly call 'normal.' And it's not exacly flying either."

"Can you elaborate?" *Swallows and narrows eyes* would he know Elliot? he seems like he would. Can't be too careful though *Licks my chest fur to groom it down* Stares at fox as I wait for an answer*
