Did anything crazy or stupid or funny happen to you as a child?

Did you cut your own hair? Did you drink the kindergarten fingerpaint liquid? Did you break a bone somehow? Just list one thing at a time though, we don't want your whole childhood autobiography, lol. xd

When I was 5 my father drove us around the corner to the housekeepers place and he put us in the front seat since we really were just going around the block. But unfortunately he didn't close the passenger door very well and when we turned the corner the door swung open and both me and my brother tumbled out into the street! My father said "Oh my God!" and stopped the car and ran to us, but we were fine. Just scraped knees.

I think that is the very first crazy thing that ever happened to me.

Oh geez...
Choosing one is difficult.

I think it was when I was 2-3, and my auntie loved making things hard on my mom(in a funny way).
So, we were eating hamburgers, and my mom gave me mine, and my auntie sat with me so my mom could get herself one.
My auntie asks 'Kia. What's that?'
So I tell her it's a hamburger, and she says 'No. That's not a hamburger. That's a hat.' Then I think a bit, my mom comes in and sits down, askes me what that is.
I put the hamburger on my head and said it was a hat.
XD
Embarassing baby story that my mom told me.

My first one is more on the crazy side... close to insane actually:

My dad came for a visit section home while still in his stroke phase and his brain still not working too well...

he saw an iron and didn't know what it was (thankfully it was off)... my foot was right there... he dropped it on my foot and fractured it... then he turned it on and "on accident"... tried to iron my moms hand... he gave her a 2nd degree burn sweatdrop

Actually that is really cute! ^_^ Kids are funny with words. That is a very young memory. It sounds like you have a good memory for your young days.

Heh, I get the feeling your dad knew what an iron was if he tried to iron your mom's hand. Well that is very crazy, I do agree. I never had anything as crazy as that happen to me.

it can't be proven...simply because it was right after his stroke... do you know what i mean? i mean he tried everything from throwing it to picking at it... etc
this was oddly 1/2 a year before he died from that same stroke... sweatdrop

When I was about two I chewed up my barbie's hand 'cause I saw my dog do it too.

When I was around 5 or 6 years old, I decided to climb a certain tree in my aunt's yard. I started good, but on one of the branches my foot slipped and I fell all the way down onto the branches that had been trimmed off of the tree.
One of the workers saw it (my aunt owns a care-home) and told my mom. I tried to stop the worker from telling -- because I knew my mom would be mad at me for even climbing the tree. I said, while rubbing my aching back, "I'm okay! I'm okay!"
My mom came out and pinched my ear for climbing the tree, and I went inside sore.

That is odd...what kind of stroke did he have? Sounds like a right sided stroke. He must have been young though? Too young. I am sorry about that.

Oh yes, some stories get told so many times they seem to be like memories.

Owie she pinched your ear? That would have hurt worse than falling from the tree!

Nope, I just chewed it up and then showed my mom what I had done. A few years ago I told her, and she slapped her forehead and said, "The dog got blamed for that."

Yes indeed, he had a right sided stroke and he ended up partially paralyzed. He was 23 when he had the stroke and died from it. So yes, a rare stroke. It actually occurred after a near-fatal car accident... the doctors think that the shock from the hard hit may have somehow intertwined with the stroke that he had moments after getting hit by the other car (in the car accident that is... his car and another car collided). It was a freak accident... so we really don't know what may have triggered it at such a "young" age and what made it so fatal.
Honestly, don't be sorry... if his life was supposed to end that way and that was the way that he had to exit life... it must have destined to be. I grew up and came out just life; if may i say... without a fatherly figure in my life... up to the age of 13.5...
