Sometimes I get the same way too.

I feel like all I do is be "mom" or "wife" and never just Jenni. But I'm lucky enough to be able to stay home and be with Alex. It's makes me feel like I have it so good that I shouldn't complain.

For me, getting out of the house makes me feel better. Sometimes Alex and I will go walk the mall and that makes me feel better. Gaia has helped a lot too. It's something that is for me only.

Having someone to talk about it to helps as well. When I don't talk about it, it seems like it hangs around and festers and I end up blowing up at Matt for no reason.

It seems to pass about as quickly as the "I'm getting old" and the other assorted freak-outs I'm prove to.

I'm always here (well, not HERE) to listen and help anyway I can!

Normally, even a long bubble bath alone can cure me. Sometimes though, I need longer...naps alone not worrying about kids usually helps me pretty quickly!
