I don't think it is any big secret that the Admins, moderators and helpers of Gaia, or any other forum usually have a place where they can come together, and discuss issues that should not be discussed in the open public. Also, being we have 9 staff members now, the C&T staff need a better way to communicate with each other, as there are not private staff forums for every division on Gaia. So, we have our own now.
Anyone that is C&T staff, from Helpers and above, as well as this Guilds Crew, have access to this subforum. If you are an Oldbie, chances are you also have access, due to being part of the crew.
Exceptions to this are made on a case by case basis.
