A black form wandered through the tall grass, glowing eyes scanning around him vaguely. Letting out a snort, Donovan sat, his tail flopping in the grass next to him. 'theres never anything to do..' he thought with annoyance. As he thought this, a few memories passed through his head, 'hmph..that pink fluff..' He suppressed a smirk.

As of always, Eros was of course, causing mischief unknownling. As of today, when Cerberus had told her rather directly not to wonder off, she had wondered off. And as of that moment, she was quite happy she did.
Rose colored eyes scanned the field for something to do and immediately lit up on one of her favorite wishes. She grinned, prowling through the grass silently, as though stalking a prey. Three. She was getting close, avoiding small sticks. Two. Her eyes were trained on the black and green Wish in front of her. One. She had stepped on a twig, which snapped, as she pounced. "Dono!" She exclaimed, promptly tackling the evil Wish. She grinned down at the wish before expression falling serious, rose eyes searching, her paws holding his head still. Suddenly, she brightened, directing her gaze on Dono's once more. "Good, no wrinkles."

His concentration snapped instantly as he heard the snapped twig. Though he could only be alert for a moment before a flash of pink smothered him. "gah!!" He fell with a thud to the ground only to feel a familiar paw on his forehead "no wrinkles...Hello eros.." He sighed and wriggled under her, "do you really need to tackle me like that?"

Grinning down at Donovan, she wagged her tail for a moment longer before moving off of him, promptly sitting down. "No, I don't need to tackle you like that." Eros replied lightly, tilting her head to the side. "I just do it to show my affection." Nodding to back up that statement, she looked around before once more settling her gaze on Dono. "And what brings you out here, Dono~?" She asked, saying his name in a sing-song voice. Suddenly, she frowned, peering up at him. "You weren't frowning at others and suddenly, they left you all by yourself, did you?" She asked in a whisper, as though there were someone eaves dropping in the clearly empty field.

He shook off and sat up after she removed herself from him. "you sure have a funny way of showing affection.." he said a little ruffled before looking away slightly. "No..I just like to be alone sometimes.." he whispered still not looking at her. "Its peaceful out here.." His tail began to flop back and forth uncomfortably. "why are you here eros..?" he asked softly

Eros shrugged, smiling, before moving into his line of sight, a habit she had taken up. "I suppose I can come up with another way to greet you." She replied happily. However, the change in Donovans attitude had Eros blink. "Hnn, I suppose it is peaceful." She replied, relieved that he wasn't alone due to scaring others away. Glancing around at the quiet field, she suddenly sighed wistfully, a dreamy smile on her mouth. "This would be a rather beautiful, romantic place during the night time, wouldn't it?" She murmured before grinning up at Donovan. "We should come at night at least once! The stars would be so bright and clear!" That thought made her giggle with joy, her tail wagging, before she noticed his was also flopping side to side. Grinning proudly, she replied. "Well, I sort of just wandered here. But now, I think it was destiny telling me to spend the day with you, Dono. And how could I ever refuse something like that? Besides, you seem quite 'content' with it, too, so there isn't a problem." She declared cheerfully.

Donovan sighed a little looking into the slowly dimming distance. His tail flopped to a stop with the mention of a romantic evening. "r-romantic.?" he said awkwardly. The thought had of course crossed his mind but thinking about it made him embarrassed and uncomfortable. 'what is this weird annoying feeling...?' "the stars...they are very nice here at night" his composure still wasnt completely regained yet. "I dont mind it when you spend time with me..your the only one who does" he said with a small snort before looking at her.

Eros' eyes widened in excitement, glad to hear that the stars would be as how she imagined. "Yup, yup! Romantic~" She grinned, oblivious to his embarassment, sitting down next to him. "Hn, let's look at them tonight? Yeah?" She asked, rose colored orbs bright as she looked up at him. However, his next statement almost had her frown. She disliked the fact she was the only one that hung around him and yet... pleased. She let out a similar snort. "That's because I'm immune to your frowns and glares." She teased, poking him with a paw. "I was only raised by Cerberus, Hades, Hermes, and Ares." She grinned to show her sarcasm was playful. "And I'm glad you don't mind. I enjoy our time together, too." She replied, implying that he also 'enjoyed' their time together, not just 'not mind'ing.

Donovan smirked a little at her sarcasm "no wonder your so weird" He fluffed her in the face with his black tail. "It will be nice having someone to watch the stars with.." he added softly after.

She scoffed mockingly up at him, shaking her head in disagreement. "I'm not weird. I am simply unique." She cooed in reply, giggling as his tail fluffed in her face, wrinkling her nose. "Meanie." She claimed, sticking her tongue out, wagging her tail. Still smiling, she nodded in response. "Yes, it would be." She replied in a whisper, lowering her voice more gradually then he did, obviously trying to go along.

"I guess unique works too.." he said smiling a little. "You've managed to get me to talk..quite a bit." He shrugged before playfully pawing her nose "now who's got wrinkles..?" He was surprised how much...happiness, Eros brought out in him. 'I haven't played like this since I was a kit..' he thought.

"It does indeed work." She retorted back cheerfully. "And really? Hnn. It seems we need to work on your socialising skills." Musing jokingly, she stared up at him with a fake calculating look, which was quickly interupted by the sudden paw on her nose. She let out a surprise laugh. "Hey! Dono! You can't do that to me! That's against the rules! Only I can do it." Eros claimed, laughing, wrinkling her nose more in playful defiance. She nudged him with her paw then put on a pout that kept breaking into a smile, the sulk never reaching her laughter filled eyes.

He smirked "oh really? well I just did it..and i'll do it again!" he pawed playfully at her face again. "its getting dark, we should find a nice place to look at the stars" he suggested.

She let out a dramatic gasp, eyes going wide to go along with her little act. "Aaah. Dono, you should play by the rules. And the rules clearly state that only Eros can paw Dono's head and that Dono can not paw Eros' nose." She claimed from her imaginary rule book, grinning and nodding along with her 'facts'. Looking up at the darkening sky, she agreed. "Yes, lets! You find the spot, Dono! Somewhere nice, where we can lie on our backs." She specified, standing up, tail moving side to side in excitement.
