Elderan Forest is a large forest to be explored and has easy access to other areas of Termina, mainly Godslayer Mountain, Larken, and the western Onyx Mountains. This area of Termina is strongly dominated by vast ancient forest that coats away more than fifty percent of Godslayer Mountain starting from the bottom going up. The forest is occupied by a select few races, who are known for being the guardians of the forest. If one were to travel towards the southern end of the forest, they would come upon a small enchanted kingdom. Should you choose to explore this fanciful kingdom, you must be wary for it is not intended for your average sized folk. You see, it is here that the many 'little people' of lore reside. Though they are the majority of the races, the forest is also home to many other races including tree spirits and a handful of unnamed and mixed races. In your stay here, however long or short, one should take in certain sights of the kingdom. One of the more known sights is the Magical Herb Shop, located at trunk of the Song Tree. Another is the Ranger outpost should any trouble happen to arise, and the last would be the Shuinan's Glade, where weddings are often held.

The elves eyed the two of them closely as they walked through the forests. Not really Kazumei, but probably Sokobar for the crimes he once committed amongst his own people. Still they wouldn't do anything unless Sokobar did something reckless. "The agenda is Sairok, and I can see you're quite the role model amongst your people." He joked. Unfortunately the elves didn't take things just as lightly. Once they recognized Kazumei, their bows were put at ease and the tension slightly diminished in the area. He had fought alongside them and the elven queen during wars that involved Godslayer Mountain and he along with many of the Onyx Folk held a reputation amongst them. Once they passed the ranger outpost, he glanced over to Sokobar.

"Take care of what you say and do, one of these days the elves will catch to you if you don't watch it." He warned Sokobar. The old elf could be careless sometimes, but he was necessary for most of the time being. As soon as they were clear of all ears and eyes, he pocketed his hands and nodded. "Anyways I'm looking for someone. And you may have an idea who she is, that is if your brain hasn't failed you after these passed years. The person Kazumei was looking for was a woman by the name of Minerva. She was one of the greatest swordsman of Termina and in fact the strongest of the Taboo Swordsman. Of all of the Maken, hers was the one of the few Kazumei hadn't been able to face off against those many years ago. Rumor goes that she disappeared in the Mist Forest some years ago. Although her seishou thickly remains there, for some reason her exact location isn't.

"Her name is Minerva." And with these words, he quietly departed the forest.

Sokobar had remembered those times. The thirteen Taboo Swordsman are legends around Termina. Minerva of them was indeed the strongest, and for Kazumei to accept this fact back then made it munch more scarier. Still mad old Sokobar had no interest in swordsmanship. His hobby lied in man's creations. Yes dynamite, mines, rifles, sawed off shotguns, everything. This was his main forte. He took notice of how his people eyed him with hatred, but walking with the Onyx Prince was a somewhat form of insurance at times. Not that Sokobar couldn't handle all of them. Well then we might be exaggerating a bit. Of course he couldn't handle all of these elves at once. Most of them who were probably as old as he was and the rangers weren't exactly pushovers either. "Mad old scalawags I tell ya." His rusty old voice croaked. "Well young Kazumei, I see you're in the mood and in shape for more fighting. So tell me, what place are we going to erase from the map because no matter how I see it, these plans of yours always wounds up in fighting. Now don't get me wrong, I enjoy a good old scrap every once in a while ya know? But these old bones gotta rest too. Heeheehee. Nah just kidding, but really. Who are we going to blow from the map?" He rambled on, almost forgetting about the main subject of the conversation. "Minerva, yes her skills were just as sharp as her beauty back then wouldn't you agree?"

((Right, time to get my second character moving.))

A young woman, with two dogs rough housing near her, sat underneath one of the many trees in the forest resting. At least it appeared to be a young woman and two dogs. On closer inspection, it turned out that it was two wolves with the young woman. On even closer inspection, it seemed that the young woman wasn't your average woman. Not with the way her amber eyes glowed in the pale light filtering in through the trees. Not with how her silver-white her shone with an other worldly power. Nor with the sword that lay next to her.
Yes, there was nothing ordinary about her in any way. Her face spoke of wisdom beyond that of normal human years. The way she held herself said grace and power but in a friendly and inviting way.
Who was she you ask? Easy. Anyone who was into knowing what their future held for them would know her. She was Sybil, the Wolf Demon of Water and Prophecy. Or The Prophetess as some referred to her as. Of course, to ask her to tell you your future, you had to find her first. She was always moving around.
On this day, she had decided to explore the forest. Which she had been doing since early this morning for about 12 hours. she'd stopped to rest about 2 hours ago. While she could probably have gone for another 6, her wolf pups couldn't. But, she didn't mind much. She enjoyed sitting there, listening to the sounds of the forest, smelling the fresh air and loving the feel of peace and serenity.
While sitting there, she noticed a fair size puddle near by. So she decide to see if anything interesting would happen. She gathered the required amount of Seishou for a this size of body of water to her hand then skimmed it over the surface of the water.
"Show me what will happen soon." She quietly ordered. The water complied by becoming murky and showing the image of a blade tearing through flesh. Then another of the wound being healed. And lastly of a girl laying in a bed.
"So this girl was recently hurt so it would seem. What will she be doing the would peek my interest?" She asked. The water turn murky again and showed the same girl looking for something.
"I take it that she will be soon unknowingly be looking for me." She said. The water shone brightly as if saying she was correct.
"Where will she be starting from?" She asked. The water turn murky yet again and this time showed the image of a village deep with in a dark forest.
"So, Trance village at the heart of the Mistvail Forest, huh? Well, it will be interesting to see if she can make it here in her condition. One more thing before you go dormant again. Will there be anyone coming with her?" She asked her last question. The water responded by going dark and dull, stating that it did not know for sure.
"Ok, thank-you. You may sleep again." She said with a sigh. As good as her abilities for telling the future was, there were still somethings she couldn't see. It was always that one, unknown element that evaded her third eye. The element that could decided the course of fate and the outcome of a battle or journey.
"Lunar, Solar, we'll be staying here for a few days." She said as she picked her sword up, slung it over her back and took on her demon form. Lunar and Solar yipped excitedly. They were thrilled to say the least. They were more then happy stay a few extra days. They might be able to make some friends among the other creatures here.

((I know, that sounded like the start of a Mary Sue. But hey, we're talking about a wolf demon here. They do tend to hold themselves like that. I just toned it down a little with her so that people will still be comfortable approaching her.))
