Well I recognize love in many different forms so there's not one recipe I want my relationships to follow.
But I do want everyone that I love, to love me for who I am and respect my asexuality because it's important to me. Even those who I love in a non-romantic way, I want them to respect my identity.
It's nice to have someone to snuggle and make-out with too 3nodding

-Doesn't smoke or do drugs at all, and doesn't drink much
-Doesn't mind me needing alone time
-Likes lots of snugs when I'm not being antisocial
There a few extras that are also nice, but those ones up there are pretty much essential. I think I've found someone who fits the criteria, but he lives on the other side of the world >____>

pretty much all that, plus some other stuff.
like at least understanding and respecting my lack of gender identification
likes art
is smart, but not snobby. open minded, but not pretentious.
loves me for who i really am.
probably has to be ace, or at least willing to live without having sex and making out.

Its okay, I'm happy that I've managed to find anyone at all XD We'll see how it goes, for now. He may or may not be able to come to New Zealand for an exchange. I don't want to get my hopes up but OMG I'd love that.

its really hard to find another asexual, I am on Acebook and there are very few men and the ones that are there are either too young or too old for my tastes and I have a hard time with "normal" guys, I like them punk/goth or any type of alternative

I dont have a preferance yet. If the other sex dont want making out and others. I am very happy to live with.

punkmama72 its really hard to find another asexual, I am on Acebook and there are very few men and the ones that are there are either too young or too old for my tastes and I have a hard time with "normal" guys, I like them punk/goth or any type of alternative oh i know right and the only girls i know that technically are asexual are rape victums.)not to say all are as i know a few also that seem to still like it inspite past inicidents( anywhoo, i wish there were more alternate/"weirdo" asexual......i saw those tv specials on asexuals and besides the AVEN founder they seem....a little robotish to me, i want someone loaded with lots of nonsexual passion, spirit and heart.

Ace-book.net is an ok chat site, kind of like facebook. Yeah as for the rape thing thats part of my situation as well sadly. I went through a highly sexual phase after the rape but never enjoyed it. I think I was just looking for love the wrong way.

If I could choose... I'd want someone who is can make me laugh a lot, isn't pushy, and has his priorities straight. Being stuck around smokers drives me nuts so I would hope they don't smoke, or at least are quitting.
