Entry #2

What a busy day today! I figured I might as well write a journal entry for today! Though I really should find an organized way to write these...maybe every Sunday or if something big happens. *Nod* Well in this case, something big happened!

Today I was sent on field work, though I'm really supposed to stay in the Lab. But, there have been reports of Gramsters in the Barton sewers lately. Gramsters...mutated hamsters, similar to Grunnies. I suppose the boss though since I could talk to Grunnies that I might be able to talk to Gramsters...however that isn't the case. I can only understand bits and pieces of them, and I can't keep them as calm as Grunnies..Who knew?!

Anyways, I was suppose to gather DNA on the Gramsters and capture a few of them and dispose of the rest. Something about protocol, I guess they don't want people blaming G-Corp for Gramsters too..Luckily, I think most people just blame the sewage! I caught a few Gramsters, but for the most part I just kept killing them by accident. Fragile little guys.

As for in-lab work, I was able to get my office in order; Bookshelf is stacked with...books, my bed is made with my favorite sheets and blanket, my desk is...well we won't worry about that. Best of all, I found a nice little bed for pets while out around Barton. One of the Labtech caught me bringing it in, but they just assumed it was for a pet cat or something and told me to ask the boss first...

I suppose calling it a cat will do. Even if it is green and isn't really a cat and would probably break a few rules here and there for actually letting it out of it's cage.

Woooow, it's been quite a while since I last wrote in this journal! I've just been bogged down with work is all. That and holidays are just back to back around this time of year!

I haven't seen many in the area I work at lately..maybe it's just cause I've been working the graveyard shift..ahaha. The animals seem to being doing normal, even the fish I caught at Durem seem to be doing fine...However some of the fish have been acting more aggressive lately..

Anywho, the little grunny I've been taking care of is making alot of progress. I've taught him how to sit, shake hands, and play dead! He's also very friendly towards humans, and hasn't once tried to latch on to my head..perhaps a mutation in his genes? Oh well, makes for a nice pet. I just hope the boss doesn't find out.
