I sent in my PSP about a week and a half ago and when I go online and find the repair status thing, I type in my number and there are no results. What the hell is SONY doing my damn PSP?! Oh and I tried calling and nothing came up.

Did you actually follow proper shipping procedures? Because when you call in to have somethign shipped to them, they usually ship you a box to send it in first. Then you send it in with that. If you just sent its via USPS then they probably assume your one of the many peoepl pissed about a faulty PSP, and are being blunt about it.
However if you did send it in with their box they should have a record, you should have a record and they can track it with that. Otherwise I assume you just lost a PSP. Or you will see it back in your mail box, with a return to sender stamp on it.

I did follow shipping procedures. 1) They don't give you a box, you have to supply your own. 2) They told me that it takes 7 - 10 days and its been like 2 weeks!

The probvlem was probably of a greater magnitutde then they expected, o it is taking them a while. Of it take longer than 3-4 weeks. Then call their support line, and have them connect you to higher ups. You'll get it solved real fast then.

I hope, for your sake that the repair doesn't come with a FW update... Let me know if it does.

MV, there are pixel fixers out there.
There just Mp4 videos of flashing colors, to fix the stuck pixel. Let it play for about 2-5 minutes and it should be gone.

Send it in for Warrenty. They can't break your heart by updating it again at least.
