Alas, I believe the title says it all. Here be the official thread for all things dream and/or dream-ish. Anything flies. Also if you want, I'm sure there's a few people who could offer suggestions to the message behind your dreams. Make sure you get the dreamer's permission though.
I'll start us off with one of my personal own.

Night before last, I was dreaming that I was watching the president get ready for a speech. He walked up onto the stage... and took off all his clothes! There he was, buck naked. He looked like he'd been working out, and he was well-hung. *blush*
Anyway, as I watched, I was so embarrassed because this is NOT how the president should be presenting himself to the world! I mean, not that I have anything against nudity per se, but this was a completely ridiculous and sophomoric stunt!
Next thing I knew, I was over at my grandmother's, and so was the Commander-in-Cheeks himself. Moar stuff happened, but it wasn't quite so memorable.

I wanted to drop in and write about a dream....I don't usually remember much about dreaming or even have the feeling that I have experienced... *something* in the sleeping realm. Just not a vivid or aware dreamer, I guess. Anyway, after a week of awakening to a brilliant outsize moon shining in my bedroom window in the pre-dawn, I awoke this morning to the feeling that someone was calling my name. I felt it so clearly that I half expected the phone to start ringing.

Perhaps awareness helps one remember dreams....I posted yesterday about something that wasn't quite a dream and doesn't really fit into a category that occurs to me. Last night I had a wildly vivid dream about a group of former co-workers in an unfamiliar setting. I remember that one of them sat in front of a large flat-screen monitor with an unusual organizational scheme of a large number of reference icons - they seemed to point to text files of some sort. I just know what this looked like; it remains clear after most of the day has passed. Otherwise the dream was disjointed and nonsequential. The room with the computer had this large bright square window, too.
Someone mentioned this former co-worker's name today. No idea about the significance of any of this.

Another vivid dream came my way not too long ago. It was about a gentleman of my close acquaintance who has been gone on his own journey for many years. We seemed to have grown older so time had passed....
Makes me wonder if I'll see him again soon. He actually lives quite close to me.....ah well, love long gone.
