the con was great. I just wish the concerts and dance hadn't been past midnight. I wound up sleeping through the Phoenix Ash concert.

A group of us wound up commandeering the workshop room sunday afternoon, and playing Musical chairs and the Anime Murder Game.

bit worried about the new location.. It might be considered competition for Sakura-con because it's located fairly nearby...

*it is sadly far enough away from me that I'll have to get a hotel room again. I wouldn't have been able to go this year if I had needed a hotel room*

The new location is actually closer for me, but c'est la vie. And I don't see how it's competition for Sakura-con. It's not like the cons are competing in the first place.
