Either or, but for online battling I prefer regular Pokemon. It's not fair to have to fight a whole team of legendaries. If someone wants to do a legendary battle where they both use all legendaries, that's fine. Which is why I'm making a legendary team so I can live up to that policy XD

Well it depends. I have like all of the legendaries up thru ruby/sapphire. And there quite a few regulars I like also up thru ruby and sapphire. It depends on what regular. Because I REALLY like Ninetails. And Pikachu. But anything after ruby/sapphire I haven't been able to get into. I DID buy Soul Silver tho.

regular pokemon. I'm trying to prove to people that regular pokemon that are raised well are stronger that legendaries. They don't realize that it takes 30 trys to catch legendary pokemon mainly because you always make them faint by accident.
