Does anyone else have like an entire outfit or two hanging up to dry?
I'm kinda sick of being so wet...
STOP RAINING DARN IT!
...and now, the halftime show won't be ready for Saturday.
'Cuz the field will be a mud puddle tomorrow whether or not it stops.
...and, it's so windy I can feel it through the window.
Probably says more about the window than the wind, but w/e.
*shivers a bit and pulls her blanket tighter*

It kept me from staying at the College on Wednesday night to come on Gaia on the better, faster library computers. Bet I missed the end of the zOMG Halloween because of that. sad
I don't mind getting wet though; I just bundled into my winter coat for a couple of days going to school. Being from Indiana, when I buy a winter coat I get a really GOOD one. mrgreen
But getting rain all over my glasses is annoying.
The Haw River went at least 4 feet over flood stage, and it's right below the college. I got some photos of it flooding the lawn below the back parking lots. And they blocked the bottom lot because the water was creeping right into it.
Today turned into a beautiful day, though. Everybody was out running around in it. I went to the State Fairgrounds flea market & it was jumping, everybody walking their dogs & stuff. biggrin

I wear peacoats mostly, so when they get wet they stay wet D:
I bought an umbrella from the store after getting soaked once but it didn't save my pants.
But it was a lovely day for the football game, at least!
I've been pretty much either sleeping, eating, or playing my instrument for oh... 30 hrs now?
Totally worth it. cool
