Honestly, it could've been better, but I'm content with how it turned out.
Sam seemed way too cherry in this episode for my liking though, but I guess it's the Holiday Spirit. It seems to be contagious. eek

Saw it. The idea of an author like that was totally cliche, but hey, Sam's a stereotypical goth in terms of clothing. I'm at least honored that they mentioned Hannukah in the least, thank God. I find it truly unfair how there are never Hannukah episodes, but I'm getting off-topic.
I found the ghost truce just plain...weird. It makes sense, putting away differences and be friends for just a day to bring happiness and joy and Yuletide to everyone, but the weirdness of it.
Ember: "Would you like cooked goose?" Skulker: *brings out weapon* "You will see this..." *brings it back* "Another day."
And the way they beat up on the writer was completely ironic. A ghost broke the truce, and then everyone breaks it by trying to wail on him. The thing is, though, they don't have to stoop to their level. And if all ghosts connect, how was Walker's prison still in service? I know he's dedicated, but so is Skulker.
The end, although slightly cheesy, was awesome.
Sam: Why are you talking in rhyme? Jazz: Dork. Danny: We're not talking in rhyme? We're not talking in rhyme! WE'RE NOT TALKING IN RHYME!!! Everyone: *stare*

T'was an awesome episode XD Kinda cheesy, but Hell, what's a Christmas episode without a heavy cheese topping?
I admired most the whole poem thing. Poets who can rhyme out entire stories make me jealous ;_;

It was okay, but I what really made it worthwhile was the orange thing(Did you know there is nothing that rhymes with purple or silver, either?), and some Ghostly Wail action! >:0

Quote: I find it truly unfair how there are never Hannukah episodes, but I'm getting off-topic. I dunno about that...I've seen quite a few Hannukah episodes of kid's shows over the years, 'though for the life of me I couldn't name one now! ^^ -too stuffed with ham- 'Though the fact is, there's much more Christmas episodes because so many more people celebrate it. Although there are disturbingly few Christmas episodes that mention the TRUE meaning of it. Rather, they only mention gifts, Santa, the whole "Christmas Spirit" thing, etc...(Sorry to rant!)
You know, I never thought that Sam was Jewish...But it really shouldn't surprise me, since she is opposite of the majority of society...
All in all, the episode was good, the rhyming was funny, and I was glad that in the background they played a few religious songs. (Subliminal messages, anyone? mrgreen Only kidding...) I noticed that "Ghostwriter" seemed somewhat like a play on the old TV show (also owned by Nick) by the same name...I thought it was somewhat cheesy how the enemies were all nice to him, though. But then, I've started to get tired of seeing some of the ghosts like Skulker over and over...But as I said, I liked it!
