Hello again everyone. I just want to let you all know that the roleplay I'm developing is at a point of development where I could take the story anywhere and I'm stuck. I just want to ask you all a simple, yet often difficult to answer question:
What do you look for in a roleplay? What makes YOU want to come back to the roleplay to roleplay it more?
Please give me an honest answer, because how you respond to this question will determine how this roleplay is going to turn out.

I look for interesting characters and an open world in a roleplay. I like being able to create who I want, where I want. And I like to be able to get into my characters' mind and discover how they think, not just how they act.

The main thing I've noticed that needs to happen in RPS (school RPs to specifically) are that classes never work. This idea of having someplace that needs a schedule with the RP is a bit cumbersome and ends in a dead forum. This is not to say that the concept isn't a good one. I think that having tutors that students characters to go to for advice and trainer would make more sense. Classes are for filler and NPCs they give us something interrupt and an excuse to be somewhere, that's about it.
Things I'd like to see? -General Story line guideline (no railroading but it's nice to know where we are going) -Reason for the school to exist -General School Layout that is easy to access to it -Spectral History (Before the RP existed -More Cowbell

I like roleplays that where people are consistent with the RP and DON'T leave the RP with giving a notice ahead of time. I love when things get active and when there are many people RPing, instead of maybe just 5 people who are consistent.

If I decide to jumpstart another Spektral Series, I'll take these into consideration. Maybe you can help me out somehow, help to share in how you would go about to make this vision happen. And that term 'railroading', I'm not familiar with it.

I like an RP that has laws, as in laws of physics. Given that they don't have to be the real world laws. I would also love to join into the Spektral series, if that is okay. As for details on what I believe should be in an RP.
A full story (One that could involve everyone's main plot, and has a way to give each person a "Main protagonist" feel.) A well developed Antagonist / Antagonist party.(Willing to do this.) And Silver Opal covered most of it from there.
