I do kajukenbo and i love the dances. the techniques r OK but they r pretty cool. Name some dances and techniques and see if I know them.

I'll type up my physical notes as well. I learned all of those by my 3rd belt though. So it took about... 9 months. (We did half ranks.) They may have different names. Club trick is simply a way to disarm an opponent who's attacking you with a club and the knife trick is to disarm someone with a knife.
