I could see Toph becoming the Earth Queen some day, because she is from a noble family she just doesn't like to admit it very much because she doesn't like having other people do things for her that she can easily do her self. She may be blind but she not incompetent.

Yes, the idea of using Earthbending to "see" is astounding. A great idea to make an interesting kick-butt character with an attitude.

toph isnt just a character on a tv show. she really is a way of life. rules to live by.
whenever i gotz a problem i ask what toph would do and it works, my sister gave me back my crayons almost immediately! biggrin

Toph is soooooo awesome!!! i luv that she's a metal bender. since she is the best earth bender in the world that means since there's no earth king she is totally gunna rule the earth kingdom!

Toph really is a great character. The show wouldn't be the same without her. ^_^
I love her sarcastic remarks. xD
like when they were flying to find that library and she said she saw it, but then waved her hand in front of her eyes with a grin. <3

My favorite Toph moment would have to be when sokka draws them all as a one big happy family.
Everyone insults it and Toph says,
"I think it's "looks" great!"
