We were featured in the Guild Spotlight in November 2006.
We have a guild mascot (HTDM Guild) who has roughly 1.1 million gold to spend on contests and such for the guild.

I would say the base net value of just the guild, it's subforum number, and the gold in the account would be 1 242 030 gold.
with the members, posts, and spotlight, I would say around 1 282 030 gold? though it's placement in the registry (you are up quite high) would boost it by almost another 100k.
though... >.> NO ONE would be willing to pay that much XP the gold in the account boosts it quite a lot, but that gold at the moment only has two uses.
that and any prospective buyers would have to be willing to keep the guild the same, or there's no point in buying it, really. just because of the activity/number of members and whatnot...
because it's worth is so high, but prospective buyers are so low, you'll likely get nowhere near as much as it's worth. I would say you might be lucky to get 500k for it, though it'll likely be much less then that. and... you might have better luck with selling the guild to one of the guild members? it might work better then selling it to someone else.
in short: it's worth about 1.3-1.4 mill, but you might only be able to sell it for 500k if you're lucky. much more likely, it'll sell for a lot less.

I feel I should also add that the mascot has roughly 1.1 million gold which was saved for use in guild-run contests and such.

I have to say, I'm with Nikka on this one. The overall worth of the Guild is quite a bit, but I know of no one that would be willing to pay that much. At best, 600k.
The funds on the Guild Mule add to it, but that's assuming your willing to leave it there. It may be best to sell the Guild to a member, as you cannot know what the person that buys the Guild would actually use those funds for. A current member whom is trustworthy may be a bit more responsible in that area.
