This new art arena is either a blessing or a curse. Why? Well, let me explain.
So many people are entering thinking because they are some what been on gaia for a few months, they will win. Then they get mad at the Veterans because the majority of us have items they don't and say the arena is all about "showing off expencive items." They also think all vets are rich which is totally not true. The majority of these items I get from donations or I bought and now I'm poor. What are the guilds thoughts of these?

I would be rich if i could part with my horns.... but.. pft...
I don't know if it's really either. I don't think it'll hurt anything to much, though. Silly new people thinking they'll win... I'm pretty sure I won't- I just wanted to see what sort of thing I'd score.
Though- have you seen the scores? There really arn't too many high ones that I've seen just browsing.

Gaia is becoming less and less about quality conversations, and more about getting items. sad
I hardly come by anymore, and when I saw the AvA, I just went "huh" and hit backspace. I believe my response was the same when I discovered the flowershop store.

i think the avatar arena is a big joke. Its nice in all for those that want to waste gold, and efforts for a small laugh. but its not rated by those that would make any bit of a difference, and the top winners arn't that great.
i tried it once or twice, i forget now. but i'm not planning on doing it again.
