Well, hey there, everyone. Seeing how we have this amazing introduction thread, I guess that I might as well get off my lazy rear and post some kind of an intro. You may all call me Sterre. I’m more infamous under the moniker of “Camilia,” but I have grown tired of using the name. Especially when people affiliated her as a personae of mine, which she is far from. I honestly forgot the reason as to why I started to use the character name, but it isn’t too late to get back to Sterre.
Getting onto the subject of Rping, I’ve been at it for, well, about an eon and a half! Ha, not literally, but I might as well say that. I’ve been Rping before I grew my permanent teeth. Started with Dungeons and Dragons with some of my older brother’s friends when I was a kid. That’s some fun shizznit right there. Then, when we all started to move around (being Navy kids and having lived on base), we started to do text base Rps online. By then, I was already an avid writer (thanks to writing my LARPing adventures into a novel-ish thing) and was capable of Rping on an advanced literate level, getting in at least 500-800 words per post. These days, I’m able to RP on the elite level and average 1000-1500 words. Woo! No pathetic one liner phase for me. I remember when I first joined Gaia, I saw TEENAGERS one lining. Most. Pathetic. Sight. Ever.
Hrm… I hate doing intros, I get so many brain farts. I absolutely cannot stand illiterates, Gary-Stus/Mary-Sues, and all-around bad writers that can’t seem to realize that there’s no hope for that. Really, its best that if anyone who falls under any of those definition stays far away from me. You will be told some things about yourself. But not spontaneously. I don’t work that way anymore. I wait for a good reason, an opening to strike. Has a much bigger effect, you know? All of this shizz comes to me naturally; Almost as if I have an entire other brain in my head devoted to it. C’mon, people, who speaks a language for most, if not all, of their life and absolutely sucks at using it. Have Dyslexia? Take classes and grow the hell out of it. My cousins did it when they were in elementary. I’m sure that someone, no, anyone that age or older can do the same. Personally, I don’t think that Dyslexia is a real problem, just plain laziness and lacking the will to learn how to do something out of it. If you can grow out of something, it isn’t a major, life altering problem. Get the ******** over yourself.

What else could I share.. Ah! I am an artist. Traditional art (pencils, markers, inks, etc.) is my main kind of style and wotwot. I started drawing when I was two years old! My first piece (which I still have) was Taz the Doberman. Baddaa daaaa! Taz was the dog of one of my babysitters. He was the sweetest thing! I got inspired to draw him one day when my friend Alexis and I were in Dawn’s (my babysitter) backyard. Taz was just laying down in a patch of grass, lookin’ funny, so I picked up one of my coloured pencils and drew. Needless to say, it sucked. Normal animals were never really my specialty, but I can draw them now! I prefer drawing anthros and fantasy-type creatures! Humans… Know. A decent number of the people I draw seem human, but, trust me, they aren’t. The closest things to humans I draw are humes. I don’t care about what you say, they aren’t the same, g’damnit! Oh, and no, I won’t draw anything for you! I don’t do requests, unless it’s a special occasion. Art trades only happen if I really like your art style and you’re willing. I don’t do commissions around Gaia because I don’t care about wasting my art mediums and personal time for fake currency. Occasionally, I do dabble in digital art. My good friend Nick gave me his old tablet last year! Occasionally, it’s a pain in the rear, but I always get decent results out of it. Sadly, I think that Finch (tablet) is officially dead. I was working on this drawing of the Venox family (my fictional family of eleven after years of bitching from my friend Dez).. Annnnndddddd!!! He died. He. Died. Yeap.. Oh, recently, I got back into graphics and what not. I’m kind of behind at the moment, so I don’t really like making them unless I’m in a really good mood. You can find some of my graphics in the little sub-section thing-a-magig for them. And, no, I won't be posting links to my art in here. I don't trust anyone for crap with it these days, so I'm working on watermarking everything. Once that's done, I'm going to start posting my shizz around places, I guess.
Mmkay, I think that I’m going to wrap this ting up now. I’m sure that people are thinking, TLDR.. So, toods! If I get bored, I’m probably going to make this all nice and fancy lookin’.. I stil need to make myself some out of character posting decorations and wotwot, too.

Please allow me to introduce myself, I'm a man of wealth and taste... Oh wait, that's the Rolling Stones. My name is nomaddriac, though my friends tend to shorten it to nom, which I don't mind too terribly. I'm a long time RPer who is currently trying for a novel. I currently have 12 characters, many of whom I simply dragged over from older writings as well as Dungeons and Dragons. I'm always up for an adventure of any sort, unless I'm offline.

Oh. Hello there. I guess I could be a skilled RPer by this point, being in around for.. 8 years now? I don't know. I guess time however doesn't always mean you're fantastic.
Anyway, I like to do art.
I'm actually a rather boring person now I think about it.
So I'll talk about my pets.
I have 2 cats and one dog, and soon to have... Fish!
One cat is a snowy ginger male, the other is a female tortoise shell. Peanut, my dog, is black and white. Too hard to describe his patterns though.
My fish will hopefully be some tetras, catfish and loaches-
wait, I should be talking about RPing...
I guess my most used RP character is Edward Zyth. Mostly because I have good pictures I've drawn of him, I guess, and the fact he fits in so well in most Slot RP settings. However I do have a large cast of other RPC's, some in my journal and some not... (I needa clean my journals out again.)

Let's see. What can I say about myself?
Well. My name is Ace. I use to go by a variety of other alias' before, but I finally cankered down and chose a nickname to my liking (and it isn't too far from my original name; I ain't tellin' you it, though!). Don't ask me what the other alias' were because I couldn't tell you. Sometimes my memory span can be short, especially when it comes to useless and little details that aren't extravagant. I'm an overall pretty laid-back and easy going kind of lady. Very understanding when it comes to situations and such, I'm not one to pester. In fact, I keep to myself a lot and only converse to those that are close to me (aka family, close friends, etc). I am a resilient type of lady as well--you challenge me or try to make me into a slave of something I will fight back. I'm a muse-er, but sometimes my muse doesn't like me and tends to go on vacation; I don't know what I did to deserve that... Oh! While we are on the topic: I have been role playing for close to a decade now, but I also write stories in-between. I love fantasy and paranormal type role plays. They are the BOMB.
What else can I talk about? Oh! I've graduated from Highschool in '09. I decided to take a couple of years off to do some things I want to do before going off to college; one of 'em is role playing / writing more. I want to be a Web Developer so I can make my own websites / forums etc and know how to code them correctly. I also want to be a producer (for movies, TVs, etc), but I can only do one thing at a time.
I like working on graphics, but I don't think they are all that grand. But, everyone has a different style they like.
Hm...Can't think of anything else. D= I guess this'll have to do.
