yes its been forever sence ive been on here but its gonna change!!! starting with this anybody know when the new rulebook will b sent out or if anything osme of the changes???

Didn't they JUST re-do the rules back in NOV 08?
Adding the spell hollow grounds
Changing the tough trait slightly
Monks +1 life
Assassins get all abilities up to lv5 THEN choose 2 to make ?/life instead of ?/game
Druids start with 4 lives and their immunity to fae magick aletered
and a few others I can't list right away

yah they did i got news that their will be yet another rulebook next and itll have changes yet again lolz im wondering if these rumors are false or what

Per Rath:
They are currently working on small clarifications for the current rulebook. Nothing big, just clarification of wording and such. It will basically be able to be a corrections sheet slapped to the back of the rulebook.
If you're referring to the ever-popular thread on the E-Sam forum about 2010 rulebook changes, this is more of a wishlist of what people want them to consider changing. Nothing on this thread is official and all will most likely be quickly voted down when they vote at the 2010 clan meeting.
There is no new rulebook currently being worked on.

Not sure. That project is still in the hands of Rath and Brennon. If I can get a copy of the changes, I'll post them. They're not top secret or anything.

Yes.

Here's the email from Rath. Please take note of the very first line:
"Officially, the clarifications have not been released so they do not apply. 7.5 is the current rulebook.
That being said, there's only 1 change of significance that I recall. "The incantations for specialty arrows (such as penetration) must be said Immediately before shooting the arrow." All the rest were typo's and stuff like "Change Spell List to Magic List."
