They are far away from their families. The lonelyness is on both side of the war.

I wrote a little poem for the troops.

Remember, Remember the 11th of September.
When terrorist rose and came to power.
When crash and burn became our towers.
The day where we swore to avenge our brothers and sisters.
Declared war we did on those murderous cowards.
We rose and showed the enemy our true military power.
The enemy could only wait and cower.
For they did not know that we would shower them
with bombs and firepower big enough to overthrow their power.
Here's to the troops we sent to remember the 11th of September.
And hope that they come soon by December.
