Oh I see you are getting the wrong image lol. Ok well the belt idea is more for use on yourself... maybe if you are both on your sides this would work. Any why with the belt just take the sides with the studs and run it over your sensitive areas. Any belt with harmless items on it would work I think. Told this to a girl once before and it worked for her lol.

While your on your side, move the belt across both of your sensitive parts as one pulls the belt forward and the other pulls it back.
