Why is no one using this subforum? I could post this in the crew thread, but I'll put it here to get the ball rolling.
I'd like to start a thread about rumors that people have heard about Evanescence, but are unsure if they're true or not. For example, I've seen threads that are saying that there is a new song by "Evanescence", when it's really just another band. There also is a lot floating around about We Are The Fallen and whether Amy is going solo.
So what I'm proposing is that I make a "I heard a rumor about Evanescence..." thread. People can post what they've heard or seen, and others can let them know if it's true or false. If it's true, they can always make a new thread about it. False, and the rumor dies right then and there.
What does everyone think?

Wasn't there something out that said Amy was making a verison of a Muppet's song? That it was to be released in April??

I've been trying to figure this our for a while, but i just can't. I know in EV, there were some law suits about the manager, or Ben, or someone/something. I mean this in no respect to Amy, but if someone could clear this up for me I would appreciate it.
I heard that someone sued Amy (idk why) and she counter-sued, something about sexual abuse?
Then there's the story about Ben. Did they really meet in Junior High? I heard that, then heard they meet at a Church camp, and that's when Ben heard Amy playing & singing, and that's how Ev was started.
I totally understand if no one will answer, due to obvious reasons. And i mean no disrespect at all. But i think if i knew, it'd help with my analyzation of Ev's songs. (I am a poet, and analyze EVERYTHING).

Amy DID counter sue because of the sexual harassment. He was inappropriate with her and I remember hearing a story where he would always try to put his hand on her thigh when talking to her. When i heard of the camp, i assumed it meant early twenties/late teens, or somewhere around there. I can't believe they were so young! And it's just sad what happened with the manager... At least things are resolved now. : )
