Bankai: The wielder becomes the ice dragon with ice covering the back and arms with ice wings and an ice tail. There are also three ice crystal stars hovering over the wielders head these tell how long bankai will last like a timer. In bankai the wielder has full control of water and ice even the moisture in the air is under the wielders control
