I dont think its what you would called "unexplained" but I've had several encounters with the paranormal.
When I was younger, I lived in a house with my parents and my room was in the basement. Across the room from where my bed was, was the dryer and a dresser and sense we did have room for the dresser anywhere else in the house it stayed right next to the dryer which I had no problem with cus my room was huggee! But at night, sometimes id wake up and look over and right in between the dryer and the dresser was always this little girl who was dressed in all black she had a black dress on with black tights and black little buckle up dress shoes. And she always looked so sad. I wasn't the only one that saw her, my friends who would stay over saw her too. The energy sent off of her wasn't a good one, it was more so sad than anything else. It still scares me a little from time to time but sense I don't live in that house anymore all I can do is wonder if she's still there or not.

Yeah, they're fun in a sense. But, once you get going...you start to think to yourself "why in the hell did I do this?"
