The bar is a wonderful, mystical place where you can open more off topic threads and mention things important to you that you think will interest anyone else. I would also like to make an rp bar where you don't have to write several paragraphs or worry about being judged for what you say as long as it is within reason. I will not stand for hate mongering, trolling, or flaming. Otherwise think of it as a sort of off topic area besides the bar itself. Keep it within the gaia TOS and we'll be fine. Any offenses should be reported to me, and the person shall be dealt with and given a punishment suiting their offense.
