civvie killing is bad. unless they have a gun or other weapon and are willing to use it on you with lethal intention. Other than that, no civvies go down on my watch.

some of the quote here are just plain out of this world. I saw someone post that he almost killed a civ with a CS canister and a tazer. Both of those are non-lethal and have a .1% chance to make a lethal hit. Unless your 90 years old with severe asthma CS gas will only make you sick and throw up. Youll have boogers oozing out of your nose. Tazers may knock you out and again if your old or have a weak heart you could die but that chances are slim. I also saw another post, one of you posted that you capped a civ with a .50. No policeman with even think about using that on a person because there is legal implications of murder or manslaughter. Come on now guys think about it.
