We used to be able to do it, but now I can't figure out how. Is that still an option? How do I move threads around?

On the bottom left-hand corner of the page there should be a little arrow circle. =o That should move it.

There is a little arrow in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. If you are Crew or higher, you should be able to click that and select the appropriate subforum from the drop-down list.
