It was originally sceduled to be out today. But the release was delayed until Jan. 25th.
On the up side, the episode length was increased from 35 min to 50 min.

There are now rumours that it's been delayed again until Feb. 10. This new release date hasn't shown up on the official website yet though.

Geneon has it licensed before it's existance was even announced.
There really won't be much to sub by then anyway. The episodes will be several months apart... I think they prefer to sub everything at once.

There is an unsubbed, preview version of the first episode. It's 30 minutes out of 50. It was posted in the LJ Hellsing community. It rocked hardcore.

There are three different subbed versions out now for the full 50 min. first episode. I've only seen the BF and BoH version, but it was pretty darn good.
