Okay I'm calling my guild dead alright and when im deleting my topics, always when i delete a topic called "Rules" it reappears as a new topic and i dont have permission to go in it. Is this a dirty hax by someone in my guild or is it just a glitch?

Kinda of a glitch. Anytime you go to delete a Sticky or Announcement, the topic will drop down and be flagged as a new topic. After a few minutes, it should clear.
