Yeah as many of you probably know. me and my family own a coffee house.. We LOVE it, but sometimes it can get a little annoying!
Its so annoying, when people ask for a regular coffee they expect us to pour the cream and sugar for them.. How the hell should we know how much cream and sugar you want??? Why do you think the cream and sugar is right out there a foot away from you??
Also.. Customers that pronounce espresso: "expresso" ....... Ugh....
lastly.. People not giving their DRINK sizes!! "um yeah.. i'll have a mocha.."
"what size would you like that? 12oz 16 oz or 20 oz?"
Then the customer needs to look at all the sizes like its some strange alien concept that there are different sizes.. They stare blankly at the cups for a few seconds before saying what size.
So you guys rant with me about customer woes.

Oh my god, I completely understand your frustration. I worked at Starbucks for almost two years so I have A LOT of coffee house frustration.
The 'expresso' thing DRIVES ME UP THE WALL. And people never telling you their size! What the hell, just say small/medium/large, they'll understand what you mean! Or when they don't bother reading the menu board for what they want, they just describe the drink in these really strange terms like, "I'll get that drink with the hot milk and sweetener and the coffee in it." WTF DOES THAT MEAN.

mr cloudies best friend I know... Its amazing... Why is coffee so difficult for some people to grasp? I think it's plain laziness. Everyone expects people to clean up after, know what they're thinking, etc etc. Ugh, it's ridiculous.
