Ok this is a new RP, duh right. But this was going to be a story that my friend Nora was going to write. She never did, but pretty much the story line is that this school gets snowed in, while the students are all inside. (Its mystical it doesn’t melt) the story is that your one of the students who are in there, what will you do, conquer the food and kill everyone or be kind and share your food. The decision is up to you.

bio:
Ben won the National Youth's Chemistry Award three times before they banned him. His parents, being a lawyer and an aerospace engineer, leave him with nannies most of the time. This gives him time to play in his home chemistry lab, just one of the many rooms in his parent's mansion.

bio: Jake was an ordinary buy in highschool, he didnt do much outside of school, except for robotics. before he went to college though, he joined the military. That is were he got his skills to throw objects at people heads. after his military campaigne(in desert storm) he decided to go to college and become a chemistry teacher. he then got a job at this school.

Skills: Laura's skills are mainly to due with strategy. i.e: she doesn't screw with just trying to hit people over the head with crap, she thinks before she attacks. This also means she's an expert at strategy RPG games and knows about 5000 different ways to torture someone.
smart or not: Read the skills. HELL YES SHE'S SMART.
Affiliation: Laura has no affiliation, technically; she plays them all for her own gains. She IS on the Chess Club, if that counts as an "affiliation," but she ditched the majority of them because they didn't realize seizing the vending machines was the best thing to do once the snow started coming.

Bio: Laura is a normal kid, with a normal life, who does normal after school things. She's also cold, calculating, and is always coming up with new scenarios in her head. When the school becomes snowed in and cut off, she realizes that the teachers had no power now, and is one of the first few to break away from the teachers.
As far as her pre-Snowed In experiences, she is on the Chess Club, is in Chorus, and spends much of her free time observing other people. A lot of people avoided her because they thought she was a schizophrenic. thanks to her odd manner of speech (see Other)
Possession: A large umbrella that Laura uses almost like a sword when the need to fight comes. After the school is snowed in, Laura begins reinforcing the umbrella so it doesn't break, thus leaving her unable to defend herself from the increasingly maniac students.
Other: Laura talks weird. She has an odd verbal tic where she never talks with singular personal pronouns. It's always "we" or "ours" or "us." Never "I" or "mine" or "me."

Jake entered his classroom, noticing everyone was jumping around and chattering with each other. “That’s enough class.” The room fell silent almost immediately. They all looked front at Mr. Youngblood. He had heard the rumor that his name was Youngblood because he loved to feast on that of children. (tehehe). “Now, children, does anyone know the special properties of (blah, blah, nobody cares. Ben you’re going to be in this class so you’re answering all the questions of course.) Now that this lecture is over, let’s break up into groups and finish the lab we started last class.”He went over to his computer putting in grades for this year so far.

(Hello everyone, tim hasnt posted my character yet but his name is matt, and he is a juvie. thats all you need to know now)
Matt shows up, late as usual. he picks up the detention slip and heads of to his class. however, as hes walking through the court yard to the only class he remotly likes, auto tech, he feels a drop of water hit him. he looks up, but the sky is clear. "Well, thats weird" he mutters to himself. then he shrugs and goes to his class.

Alice nodded at the distracted teacher and made her way to her seat, almost knocking over a few people with her book-bag as she went. She plopped her butt in the chair, swung her backpack over her chair, and turned to the girl next to her to talk.



Ben looked up from his materials. The silly girl was in class, for once. He went back to his work.


"And so David turned around, and he was like 'you are sooo not hot' and Marie was like 'well, you're not either'" Alice was talking to Maria, the girl next to her. Maria was trying to concentrate on her lab, and so kept distractedly responding to Alice's pestering with nods. "and then he was like 'omg, really? you are soooo unoriginal'"

"Oh, my, God."Maria had lost it. "Shut up! Every time you come in you blather about all this crap! I get in trouble all the time because you talk to me. Nobody cares! Let me do my work." Maria turned back to her work, slamming beakers and pouring chemicals angrily.

Alice sat with a blank stare on her face. Unbelievable. She didn't know somebody could be that rude. She told Maria so, but Mr. Youngblood shushed them both before Maria could respond.

Alice turned back and slumped her head down on her desk.


Ben noticed that the girl was crying. He looked at the girl she usually talked to; she looked mad. He scrunched his mouth a the corners a little, looked at his materials, looked at the girl, and back at his materials.


Alice was left to cry on her own, but not for long. She sat up wiping the tears from her eyes, and starkly refused to look at Maria. She looked nosily at Ben's work, and saw nothing she understood. She slumped back in her chair. It was going to be a long day.

(Slightly bad, but it's late and I'm tired. sweatdrop )

Mr. Youngblood looked up from his work when he noticed the little argument that had just happened. He hushed them, and then looked back at his work. He heard some boys talking to his left; he reached up for a pen and slowly raised it. He looked at the two boys, chucking the pen at one. “SHUT UP, No talking during my class.” The boys looked at him, but he was back at doing his work, just as he was before. They returned to their work, silent. He looked out the window, and noticed that some clouds had rolled in; he noticed that it had started to snow. now that’s peculiar, it never snows in summer. He stood up. “Now class, look out the window. This is one of nature’s most interesting things. It is snowing in the middle of summer. This is proof that nature should not be trifled with.” As he watched all the class turn their attention to the window.

Alice sat up straight in her seat. Snow? In summer? She rushed to the window with the rest of the class and crammed her nose against the glass. Snow, alright. Oohs and aahhs came from her classmates as the transparent crystals fluttered down.

Alice became quickly bored of the strange spectacle. She turned around and noticed that Ben had not left his spot.

"Hey, dork!" she called.

Ben looked up sharply. He glared at Alice for moment then went back to work.

"Hey! It's snowing outside. Don't you want to see?"

Ben looked up again, still frowning. He strode to the window and glanced out. "Hmmm," he said, and went back to work. She goggled at him.

"That's it? It's snowing in summer and you don't want to look?"

Ben sighed. "It's not that cool. Weather anomalies happen all the time. Look it up."

Alice opened her mouth to fuss again, but, seeing he had gone back to work again, turned to the window to gaze at the flakes again. as she watched one landed on the window and stuck. Two seconds later, another one landed beside it. She stared blankly at the snowflakes, feeling an uneasy feeling in her gut but not knowing why. Then she knew.

The two snowflakes were exactly alike.

*Maria watched the exchange from Alice to Ben. Still siting at her seat looks back at Alice over at the window.* You know he is right Alice. *Noticeing that she wasn't paying any attention to her, she looked passed the rest of the class and saw their teacher outside. When he came back she walked up behind him, looked over his sholder.* Hummmm... looks like your right teach. Yo Ben you might want to take a look at this.
