I think tobi is a goodboy because he is always tryiing to help Deidara-sempai and he really enjoys being a nice guy!

Tobi is NOT a good boy! he's always annoying deidara, and his voice is kinda annoying >.< but yet hes a good boy, beacause hes a uchiha and uchiha's are awsome!! >.< especially itachi
